They don't care they just want money and sue for defamation even if they know it's true even if it is backed by the first amendment. Most of Trump's lolsuit people who've sued him tend to be that way. I'd try to sue someone of his caliber too if I knew I could abuse the legal system and dickride the defamation and hate speech aspect.

2020 was technically a Biden blowout in some cases. The media and pollster collided together to destroy Trump enthusiasm. 2016 was supposed to be Clinton blowout but that didn't happen.

They have not sued for defamation, they say criminal charges. Defamation is not a criminal charge, it is a civil one. I agree they just want a payout. But this is <80IQ court time wasting, that will get thrown out at the first post.

The 'figureheads' are people who can be rallied behind. It doesn't matter how great your ideas are if you cannot campaign well. If you dont have someone like Trump it is much, much harder to fight a uniparty (if thats what you believe in and with fucking cheney endorsing you should be believing in the uniparty)

This reminds me exactly of the time that the Haitians sued Rockstar because they didn't like how they were portrayed in GTA Vice City due to all of the missions where you had to kill the Haitian gangs despite the fact that it was true that Cuban and Haitian gangs fought against each other all the time. Unfortunately Rockstar ended up bending the knee and released a new version which censored any mentions of Cubans and Haitians from the game due to the Haitian ambassador getting involved.

I remember when he said that at the debate. I recall him saying migrants, not Haitians. This is basically exposing yourself. I'd love to see a countersuit for slander/libel/defamation if possible.

It's totally on-point for Carville, he's a screamer. But I'm sure someone's privately clued him in on internal polling in the expectation of a future favor, and I'm convinced it looks dire.
