Upcoming Album Release And Streaming Possibilities

Rob is back talking about his love for music making and addresses some of the comments he's been receiving. He's going to take all the best of his AI music/remixes and turn that into his first album. He wants to start streaming again but he would to stream himself making music. He sold a lot of his games/consoles including all his PS1, PS4, or PS5 anymore due to drugs. This did not sit very well with his small dedicated fanbase who had stood by him for many years. Some of them calling him out for being a hypocrite who for many years ripped anyone on YouTube who begged money from their fans. Instead of taking any criticisms, Rob has been blocking people and kicking them out of the FDU Facebook page. And He's been acting passive aggressive towards his fans.

There seems to be a lot of sperging out on Rob's Face Destroyers United Facebook group. The audience is upset Rob is going to be charging $8 a month to watch some of his future uploads and all future livestreams. Rob is claiming his fans have held him back since 2006 and is lashing out to anyone criticizing his new fee. About 20 members have been kicked from the page in the past 48 hours. Not exactly a lot, but there was only about 550 to begin with.

Some are speculating that Anni and Rob relapsed. Claims are made of recent streams that they had slurred speech and strange behavior. All recent streams since their return have been deleted in the past 48 hours since comments were made about it on FB page. Unsure if it's related or just because he wasn't happy with them in general as Anni mentioned he was already in the process of removing more videos.

On a side note, Anni and Rob's relationship is giving me flashbacks of Scarlett and Spoony. Maybe not quite that bad yet.

Then he got pissed that the Irate Gamer didn't want to collab right away with him. He's probably hurting for money either because of drugs or something else.

I don't really think it's completely out of Rob's character. I used to listen to Rob's streams when I worked second shift 5+ years ago. Usually, he interacts with a fan on the spectrum, they give him money, a microphone, or a computer, they start to feel a little too comfortable with Rob, and he freaks out towards them. Then we get a few streams or videos about them as everyone ridicules them. He did list specific examples, like the guy looking like Elton John, that makes me think someone got on his nerves and he's just going at everyone at this point. Though I wouldn't be surprised at all if it does turn out that they relapsed.

It made me think, a guy donated $70 for Rob to get the Silent Hill 2 Remake during the piece of the Until Dawn stream I watched. I wonder if that guy has to pay the $8 to watch the stream if Rob even decides follow through with purchasing the game at this point.

In his return video explaining everything that happened to him, he said he got off painkillers, but yet in the background of his Geogia Tech video. You can see what looks like a pill bottle. Keep in mind this was the last video he did before he did a now deleted stream where people claimed he sounded off, and abruptly doing the membership thing.

Also he claimed in his post he was gonna do a livestream when the membership was finalized. Turns out he never did that and as of writing this, he still has not streamed at all, but yet has time to ban people off his fan page, make spergy posts about his fans being retards for calling him out on his egotistical hypocrisy, and now has paused his fan page. (Which at its peak was at around 670, now it's at 627 at the time of this post.)

Yeah dude. Their entire life is a mess. Rob basically nuked his loyal fan base for like $150. He told everyone he'd stream. Hasn't done it. No updates or anything. Instead he locks his Facebook group and nobody can post or comment or anything. I speculated early on that he just wanted to take the money and run.

For anyone who cares, Rob did do a random livestream yesterday after being silent for a couple of weeks now. He was just driving around and talking to the camera. He just went on about how only certain fans donate and put in all of the effort in being his fan and how the ones that don't donate are the ones trying to tell him how to run his channel. He said he is going to post whatever the fuck he wants because he's now not worried about making money from the channel but, he's keeping the $8 a month membership for livestreams. He did try to justify the membership streams by saying it will allow his fans to speak to him more directly with a smaller amount of fans so he doesn't get so many comments from the usual 100 - 200 people that attended his free livestreams. Rob says he's not worried about making money now from his channel because he found that he's amazing at betting on sports and is able to make $500 in 5 minutes if he wants to (obviously embellishing). The livestream was not saved and I only stayed for about 3 minutes while he said this and left so I don't know what else was said. It started off with 5 minutes of music playing, looking at his car dash while he just drove around. I left when he was just looking at comments. Not much excitement in his chat besides people being mad at a guy writing nigger repeatedly and Rob couldn't ban him while he was driving.

Seems like he was just reinforcing what he has said before. I did find it amusing that he's basing his income around a new gambling addition. Him wanting to reduce his viewership is also totally flipped from a few years ago when he has stated he would just stop doing livestreams if he couldn't get 100 people to even join him live.

I haven't watched it yet, but I am following the situation somewhat closely. While I don't have a parasocial attachment to Rob, I'm still saddened with how he's been degrading himself, having watched his videos on and off for over 16 years now, so it's very bittersweet overall.

Basically what happened is Rob vanished for about a year and nobody knew what happened to him. Turns out he and his wife got addicted to Fentanyl and they both almost died.

He made a now-deleted update video claiming he no longer wanted to do gaming related videos. Many suspected that was because he sold all his gaming stuff (a lot of which was donated by fans) for drug money.

He began doing mediocre AI music and it flopped miserably. So he went AWOL for a few weeks.

Suddenly he announced on FDU (his fan page) that he was locking all of his videos behind a paywall for $8/month. In that post he called his fans retards and broke losers and also blamed them for his drug use. Also he made fun of his fans who have reached out for advice in the past. He went fully scorched earth on everyone even though he made a decent amount during his past streams.

He also announced he would be doing a livestream and would do more livestreams which he immediately failed to deliver on to his dozen or so members.

When he finally did a livestream he spend 10 minutes of it driving and blaring random music while on his way to pick up his wife from her latest minimum wage job. When he finally parked he subtly admitted that he was taking drugs again.
