RNC is so fucking useless. It says a lot that he gets no support from the state or federal RNC. I always seeing him asking people to give him signs for his parking lot signups. They should have a full support team behind him.
Hold up. The 'public' can legally arrest you and compel you to answer for a crime? Who executes the warrant? Who is going to attempt to arrest Donald Trump and JD Vance?
I have so many questions. Like, how is this even fucking legal?
Section 2935.09 of Ohio revised code allows anyone with "knowledge of the facts" to submit an affidavit to a judge or prosecutor to determine if the person you are accusing should be arrestedWhat kind of gayass law did Ohio pass to allow private citizens to file criminal charges? How does that even work??
Foreign NGOs need to be banned from the USA. I don't understand how or why they are allowed to operate here. Bad enough we have home-grown orgs that are working to facilitate this shit. I remember back in the heyday of Qanon when pics of literal cases full of cash with the Red Cross logo were being transferred (to whom I don't recall) - I don't trust ANY of them.Haitian nonprofit????
What the FUCK???
How has any of the shit they've been pulling for the last 4 years been legal? Oh right, because nobody at the top is gonna stop them.Hold up. The 'public' can legally arrest you and compel you to answer for a crime? Who executes the warrant? Who is going to attempt to arrest Donald Trump and JD Vance?

Japan was fully industrialized before World War I.The only possible conclusion to having voodoo niggers in charge.
I'm not even religious, at all, but fuck is Christianity core to the development of mankind. Just imagine if fucking voodoo was the most popular religion, historically. We wouldn't even have invented electricity yet.
And before you point to Japan, they only got to where they are today after being straightened out by a Christian nuke.
I'm not racist, but it really makes you think, how niggers come up with shit like voodoo and Europeans (afaik) come up with something so sophisticated like Christianity.
Is it just luck that white people evolved faster, first? Was it just happenstance? Was it because of geographical advantages? It could be. Or it could not be.
Every time I find myself pondering these uncomfortable, unanswerable questions, I can't help but wonder... "was the mustache man onto something?"
But even if he was. Even if one race or another has some biological advantage, I don't believe it matters much, these days, in civilized society. The playing field has become very leveled. You have to put in hard work to educate yourself, no matter your race. Every race has access to the same education, the same books, the same teachers. The skill floor of modern society is too high to claim any meaningful advantage by race alone.
But it sure is interesting to think about this stuff.
So it's a criminal complaint. The NGO is claiming to have facts. I could see arguments of libel or slander (except that they've named no particular individual, can you have a class action libel case?) but that would be civil.Section 2935.09 of Ohio revised code allows anyone with "knowledge of the facts" to submit an affidavit to a judge or prosecutor to determine if the person you are accusing should be arrested

I believe most states let you "file criminal warrants". Its just most judges would look at you like you are retarded for doing it. And nothing forces anyone to serve it.Section 2935.09 of Ohio revised code allows anyone with "knowledge of the facts" to submit an affidavit to a judge or prosecutor to determine if the person you are accusing should be arrested

From my basic reading of the statute it's basically just another way of filing as a complaining witness. So it's a criminal complaint. The NGO is claiming to have facts. I could see arguments of libel or slander (except that they've named no particular individual, can you have a class action libel case?) but that would be civil.
Basically, anybody in the state of Ohio could file the same criminal complaint. It's almost certainly vexatious. A judge would have to agree that there's a reasonable case here or toss it to a grand jury? Just trying to understand what level faggotry I'm reading here.
A judge, or a prosecutor would have to decide to proceed. Nothing in the law requires them to find a "reasonable case" merely to receive the affidavit, and then determine whether or not they want to proceed.A judge would have to agree that there's a reasonable case here or toss it to a grand jury? Just trying to understand what level faggotry I'm reading here.
Well it's an open secret that the vast majority of non-profits are really just glorified money laundering fronts.Great non-profit spending priorities. It's not like the nation of Haiti has any other things the money might be spent on.
I don't understand how or why they are allowed to operate here.
That plus its not just laundering money, it's the political equivalent of a shell company i.e. the front takes the P.R. hit and you're safe behind your seven proxies.Well it's an open secret that the vast majority of non-profits are really just glorified money laundering fronts.
No its not. They know its fake and they also know polls still have an affect on people - even those who know they're bullshit - so they continue to release them. There is no place in the world that has Trump by 40. Truly astonishing that they released this.
As somebody who's worked for several NPOs, abso-fucking-lutely.Well it's an open secret that the vast majority of non-profits are really just glorified money laundering fronts.
Washington state cop fired over ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ bumper sticker
A veteran Spokane Police Department officer who was previously named cop of the year lost his job because he had a “Let’s Go Brandon” bumper sticker on his police car, the Daily Mail reported.
Bradley J. Moon, 49, reportedly had the bumper sticker on the back of his police cruiser during the summer of 2023. Although seemingly innocuous, the phrase has been used to mean “Fu*k Joe Biden.” The police department let Moon go in May, ending his career for “engaging in prohibited speech.”
In October 2023, Moon told his inquiring supervisors that he had no idea that the sticker could be seen as vulgar to some or was in any way political. He reportedly told them that he had only bought the sticker to support another police officer’s son who had suffered health problems but was now okay.
However, body camera footage showed Moon talking to other police officers about the meaning of the sticker. Rep. Bill Posey (R-FL) helped popularize the “Let’s Go Brandon” chant when he finished a speech on the floor of the House of Representatives by shouting the phrase and pumping his fist in the air, the Mail noted.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) was seen with a “Let’s Go Brandon” sign at the World Series and other Republican lawmakers and supporters began to pick up the slogan until it became a de rigueur form of protest.
Moon was unable to explain why he put the sticker on a police car and not his own vehicle, saying “I have no idea.” A subsequent review of the police department’s decision was apparently not favorable for Moon. The Office of the Police Ombudsman said that Moon had related how Spokane then-Mayor Nadine Woodward had praised the sticker and that none of the police officers that Moon worked with complained about the sticker being on the police car.
The police department’s Administrative Review Panel stated that “regardless of policy, it is common sense that there is no justification for placing such a sticker or phrase on a city owned vehicle. The sticker was obviously inappropriate and should have been recognized by any supervisor as a violation of department policy.”
Dude didn't read the Hatch Act.A cop got fired due to a "Let's Go Brandon" bumper sticker.
I, for one, look forward to War of 1812 2: Electric Boogaloo.
Yah Scott is probably one of the most component people in the entire Republican party. Given what he's been able to pull off, it's no wonder he skyrocketed in the party ranks.
