I honestly wonder why she never let him take driver's ed. I grew up in that part of the county and it's extremely rare for somebody to be Chase's age and not have at least attempted to learn to drive. Do we know if he's ever been allowed to learn or did she rightly decide that particular skill was simply beyond him?
