I don't think Russia is going to accept anything other than Ukraine's unconditional surrender. They've been down that "peace plan" road before and have zero reason to trust the West again. Besides, Trump can't negotiate anything binding by himself. Real treaties have to be approved by Congress.

I vehemently disagree with RFK Jr. on so many things.

But the health/food stuff? And the big pharma stuff? He's right on the money. America NEEDS to be healthy again.

He's definitely a force that can be used for significant good in this country.

I hated him for a solid while, but I actually started to listen to him and be a bit more receptive to him when Trump brought him onboard. I disagree with him on a lot of stuff, but I understand he comes at it from a good place. The Climate Change stuff, just for instance, we do need to take better care of our soil, and we do need to be much better stewards of nature. We (right wing folks) gave up environmentalism to the left, and that's a shame, it's one of the things that we should be able to agree on. Lying about EARTH ON FIRE, WE GOT FIVE YEARS LEFT UNLESS WE BOW BEFORE MANBEARPIG AND HIS CARBON EMISSION FAGGOTRY just really fucked up the cause.
I do think Bobby is a great weapon to have on our side, and he can be used to weed out a ton of waste and corruption.

I was watching this video of Tim Walz ordering donuts, and he sounds like a part robot, part grandpa cyborg. Then I noticed something strange in the comments: most of them have suspicious names like John Smith and no profile picture, or they have what looks like a fake person; for example, here's a screenshot.

I'm 90 percent certain they are botting these comments, or it could just be Democrats act like robots. Who knows, here's the link.

Comparing Tim Walz ordering donuts to Trump visiting a food store from the other day, a few things were immediately apparent to me:

1 - Trump's visit was extremely topical: for most of the visit, all he, the owner, the workers, and I think some customers were talking about was the insane increase of food prices. Not a single word spoken by anyone in Walz's video can be connected to the present day or to any policy for that matter; you could transpose this PR visit to some random time in the '70es or the '50es or the '00es with no alteration and there would be nothing unusual about it.

2 - I get the feeling Trump's interactions with his fans are unscripted, there's a lot of mild awkwardness when they go back and forth with him, and Trump gives the kind of banter you expect from a people person, not from someone who's been practicing lines. Walz's visit was filmed like an Arrested Development episode, he and the civilians present strictly sticking to the lines some cheap knock-off of Mitchell Hurwitz gave them.

3 - Trump pays for a bunch of groceries for random people, because, again, insane increase of food prices. Walz gets free food and jokes "there's a lot of good things about campaigning, this is one of them". Go fuck yourself, you out-of-touch prick.

I am surprised by those purged for being inactive in two federal elections, usually it's missing like 7 to 11 consecutive elections. If you didn't vote in 2020 and the 2022 mid-terms you got removed? That's over-doing it a bit IMO.

Is it two presidential election years, perhaps? That would make sense, but when does legislation ever do these days?

Generally you should be getting a voter information card that tells you where you vote and so on, and not getting that card should clue you in

The only problem is that the information can change and updated cards don't always get sent or sent in time.

My precinct location changed this year and everyone in my immediate neighborhood that was asked never received the updated cards showing the new location. The city clerk's office insisted they sent them out and the post office simply stated they delivered whatever they received. Was it simply a breakdown in the process somewhere, or did the updated cards for conservative-leaning precincts get conveniently overlooked? We'll never know since the clerk's office and post office simply pointed the finger at each other.
