You may be right. Seems like her current crazy pills are causing some issues and she may have stopped taking them. Apparently Caplyta is causing her foot ouchies. There's a possibility it could be. Unless she just needs a new excuse since her surgery was almost a year ago.

So the Caplyta could be making her sweaty and giving her aches. But neuroleptic malignant syndrome is the worst side effect you can have and is a medical emergency. So it's entirely possible that she read the side effects, freaked out and imagined every little owwie and being hot in Texas as "Help! I'm dying!".

If she really thinks she has NMS she should get her ass to the ER and stop moaning on Facebook for asspats. She's likely just fine though. She's moaned and cried so much about dying over the years that it's hard to take anything she says seriously. Her own fault.

That's part of the issue. The initial doses make you feel like shit because your body isn't used to it. You mess up your neurochemicals like that and things go a little bonkers for a while. Which is usually why, at the start, they have you take all these pills, tell you to stay on them for several weeks and then have a check up every week so they can measure your progress. Harsh side effects means either a reduction in the dosage or another cocktail of pills.

In the end we're still treating mental illness with the equivalent of stone tools and animal hides. We can't fix the issues but we can make it so the symptoms are less severe. The only problem is the side effects of the pills can make you feel like you're living in fog and you can't "feel" anything.

I think she's just unconsciously or not, abusing Pixy to make her pay for the stress and humiliation of having her as a daughter.
She will never admit that Pixy could have been near normal if Deb had given a shit years ago and that she could make things alot better even now. I think Deb just can't be bothered with the amount of work it would take to help Pixy and wants to just push her into enough of a breakdown that she's committed and no longer Debs problem.
