Part of the overall trend I've noticed of niggers documenting felonies they commit, presumably for social media clout. Hope those TikTok likes were worth handing the prosecution a win.

Also I know this BWC footage is old but I just saw it again:
What do sovcit niggers think "colorable" law is exactly? Is it law that's not valid because it came in a coloring book? I know what "amber lamps" and being "pregnit" are but this one still baffles me. (And I know what the phrase "color of law" is. I'm still confused about what they mean.)

American Blacks -- Please Read This Before You Ever Vote Democrat Again​

It’s election time again and that means it's time for the Democrats' regular pilgrimage to black communities to remind them of our sad state of affairs where racist evildoers -- Republicans of course -- actively work to keep black people down.

And the only hope for relief is by voting for Democrats -- who, by the way, have run the country for 12 of the last 16 years.
This race-baiting is disgusting but is what even more disgusting is that large portions of the black community buy into it.

Due to the sad state of this country’s K-12 public education system -- and the poorer one is, the worse it is -- most blacks don’t seem to know it is the Democrat party that has a long, well-documented history of actively working against black men and women -- from the days of slavery right up to today. The Ku Klux Klan was formed as the military arm of the Democrat party.
One of the most insidious and destructive policies unleashed on all poor people, but primarily directed at the black family, was President Lyndon Johnson’s War on Poverty. It was supposedly intended to “not only to relieve the symptom of poverty, but to cure it and, above all, to prevent it.”

This was a lie, and a knowing and evil plan that while wrapped in supposed good intentions was really designed to destroy the black family structure -- keeping them dependent on government forever. LBJ admitted as much with his brag that “I’ll have them n*ggers voting Democrats for 200 years.”
It didn’t border on evil, it was evil -- and remains so to this day.

The problem with all of this is that niggotry was well-known since at least the medieval period and arguably even earlier. There was no Democratic Party or even Trans-Atlantic slave trade when a scholar like ibn Khaldun, who died almost a full century before the first voyage of Columbus, observed that niggers are, at least mostly, brainless high time preference chimps who will eat each other instead of establish things like agriculture. Nigs gonna nig and what color your city, state or country is on an election map does not really change any of that.

A little something to activate your neurons: we don't know the race of the rape victims in this case. We don't know it because (a) the media wont report the races involved when the criminal is black. They will when the criminal is white and the victim is black - in fact, they'll make race the entire story! But they don't report it when the criminal is black and the victim is white.

And (b) the victims are, thankfully, still alive. If he had murdered them, then we'd get pics and would know the races involved.

The point is, you are aware ...indeed the whole world is aware, of 100% of the cases where a white man rapes a black woman, or murders a black woman. Every. Single. Time. that happens, it becomes national news. So, you hear about all of those cases.

But you only hear about black-on-white violence when the victim is murdered. For rapes, you have no way of knowing. How many rape victims are also murdered? I don't know. Maybe one in ten? Maybe less?

So, for every example like this:

of examples of blacks raping and murdering white girls. If even one black woman was raped by a white man, it'd be national news. But all of these black-on-white murders are swept under the rug, and all the order of magnitude more that don't result in death are never even revealed.

Even fake ones like Tawanna Brawley are top stories for months and months. And that one fell apart quickly and everyone involved in it, from her family to the cops to the media knew it was a fake and just continued on with it as if it weren't.

Our current system is not flawed in lacking rehabilitation; it's flawed in lacking punishment. Child molesters get 5 years; they should be doing life. Same with robbers; we should chop hands off if you get caught twice; we need to have a three strikes theft program rather than 12 years or whatever they do now. How about 20 years for a second try and life for a third try? That should straighten them out.

Our system is retarded, first and foremost. What you are mentioning does take place-little to no consequences until shit hits the fan. On the other side-felons who want to reform are getting fucked by having to "check the box" in their job application or when they try to rent a flat ("have you been convicted of a crime?"). Makes it hard to get rehabilitated after having served one's sentence. Hard to move out of a "bad area". Hard to get the job of even just a shift leader at a Burger King.

Rehabilitation works differently in i.e the UK. If you murder someone, the sentence is a mandatory life sentence. You get a minimum until eligibility (in worse cases i.e 35 years). If you do not reform-which may include learning a trade, completing anger-management programs, showing that you can perform well in an open-prison you will not be allowed to spend the remainder of your sentence (=until death) on parole. I can see no reason why such a scheme would not work here as well. Or are you suggesting that we Americans are dumber/less capable/less polite than the britbongs? Seriously?
