I think the way the word "minor" is being generalized and becoming the standard way to address kids online in recent times is a deliberate subversion of words by pedos and furries and trannies to progressively normalize their disgusting behavior.

Think about it: it's not "children attracted person". It's not "sent nudes to a kid". It's always minor minor minor, even when they are defending themselves or trying to act righteous or pretend they don't like pedos. It's never "children" or "kids". It's always minors. Because saying that you're attracted to kids or children looks bad, but minor makes it sound different, maybe the minor is actually 17 and 11 months?.
The opposite of an adult is a child. It doesn't matter the age they are, if that age is under 18 (I'd argue, with the way adolescence has become longer because of our longer life expectancy on average, it should probably be 20) then it's a CHILD. I don't know about anyone else but I would have fucking hated the idea of my parents having that kind of authority over me for another three years.

Not so sure about that. If I were to have relations with a 19 year old woman, it would be a one-night-stand based purely on physical attraction. Adolescence was shorter in the nineties than it is now. Kids were getting their first crappy used car at 16.
