When Wendee was losing her mind in the whole Anaris Bleach controversy (Anaris was voicing Yurichi...yuruchi? The black girl with a dark purple ponytail? In bleach. Then she was abruptly replaced by wendee) and it unleashed a firestorm on Twitter. Wendee started going ballistic. Allegra Clark subtly insulted Wendee, Xander also got cranky about it. Wendee responded to the latter with "Really Xander?"

Long time Voice autist and Bleach fan here. Basically, Wendee Lee was the original voice for Yoruichi since the dub back in 2006. For the return of the Bleach anime they diversity hired that Anaris bitch to be the NEW Yoruichi, but then shortly before the new season came out they dropped Anaris and brought Wendee back to reprise her role. So of course the new hack VA's got mad because of it, but Wendee wasn't having any of it and retorted back a few times on twitter. So, a rare loss for DEI transpired, and it was fucking great to witness.

Oh yeah, I remember the Bleach recasting. It was real shitty howquick those voice actors were to comfort the replacement VA when she got booted in favor of Wendee, when they never offered her the same courtesy when it happened to her and she was clearly upset with it.
