You misread what Google Translate said. It suggests "IVY" as a synonym for CIS.
IVY is short for Itsenäisten valtioiden yhteisö, Commonwealth of Independent States. People sometimes use foreign (in this case, English) initialisms in their language if they think the foreign initialism is more recognizable (that's why almost everyone calls NATO NATO).
Finnish does not use the letter C in native words at all.
That being said, a big chunk of Europe uses German-based names of musical notes, and Cis is what you call in English C sharp. This system is also used in Finland, so CIS can theoretically be a music reference: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/cis#Finnish
