No, it was state that said it was a real child, a girl in fact. The FBI forensic Analyst even state it was computer generated. All the evidence is in the attachments.

NOTE: The motion to suppress is 24 pages long, but the actual motion is 98 pages long, the remain 74 pages (which is not part of what I posted) is all the attachments proving what is said in the motion to be true.
