No he didn't. Where did you get that idea from?

I mean he could sue me, but my defence is that it's an honestly held opinion, I genuinely believe it to be true (she messaged me at the time it was happening, I can find the screens if I look hard enough) and he would need to prove serious harm to his reputation and earnings.
