They aren't going to be dropping 95% Kamala 5% Trump ballot dumps at 3am in selected donk cities in swing states this time without significant public protest, which wasn't the case last time. There will be a response and it will not be a bunch of fed provocateurs and infiltrated fringe groups embedded in a crowd of boomers doing a 3 hour riot 3 months after election day. It will be immediate, widespread, large, and sustained protest by people who never do that kind of thing. Organizers learned their lesson last time

Unfortunately for Smith and the Commie Judge, nobody at this point really gives a shit. The courts aren't going to do anything of substance, all momentum is absolutely buck-broken with regards to Trump's cases; no sentencing in NY '34 FELONIES OMG!' because that will be instantly stayed/overturned/generate martyr points, the NY Real Estate Fraud is getting overturned (they'll wait until after the election to release it though), Florida Documents was Dismissed, Georgia is a spaghetti traffic jam with a former prosecutor on the run from Federal Marshals, etc.

Even this case can't go anywhere before the election, there just isn't any time. Worst of all, this desperate, obviously partisan Hail Mary of a filing has absolutely nothing new in it, no revelations, no shocking twists - it commits the cardinal sin of being boring, reheated shit everyone has heard before. The news cycle is going to be dominated by Helene for the foreseeable future, which is current, ongoing, full of real human emotion and of vastly more interest to the normal consumer and undecided voter. It is practically impossible to pivot away from the current natural disaster, especially with this kind of desperate trash.

I'm not going to lie, I'm curious to see them try and I'm also curious to see if people aren't demoralized enough to do something about it. They hid Biden's cognitive decline and lied for years about it, they chose Kamala even though no one liked her and literally staged a coup against Biden and no one on their side batted an eye. I have plenty of evidence that they are retarded enough to try.

People I trust at the local level of GOP politics where I live have told me that if they do the crap they did in the middle of the night last time again, there is being organized and there will be a real protest effort that simply didn't exist last time, when the only large protest was on January 6. Maybe other places that isn't taking place, but in my neck of the woods the party is taking it seriously

Still, people in important positions decided "nah, this wasn't real communism, let's try it again, here".
