You can't pardon state convictions from the executive branch of the federal government.
Florida pays more in taxes than it receives and thus is a "donor state" from an accounting perspective that way. Texas however is a net recipient, slightly.

I will repeat this for the thread again: Tina Peters was convicted at the state level. Unless the state governor signs a pardon it's over, there's NOTHING the president of the nation can do to alleviate her sentence or her criminal history.
Unlike federal prison time, she can still get time off for good behavior combined with credit for time served and be released early to alleviate crowded conditions if she plays nice inside while she sucks up to the parole board correctly, though.

He's opened bidding up for a contractor to supply them, but the specific requirements of the bibles set by the Superintendent are only met by Trump's bible which sells for $60-$90 a piece (depending on where they're bought), instead of a regular paperback version of $2.99 each, or free apps and versions widely available.
And he wants over 50,000 of them, almost 10k more than there are classrooms.
