i like that people do this stuff but also how the hell do people sit through this fat lards streams twice a day every day to do this without killing themselves?
i can barely survive 30 second clips of his faggoty valley girl voice
They probably just skim through the transcript for the begs or automate it entirely. I refuse to believe anyone has ever or will ever watch an entire DSP stream.

Phil can’t hang blinds. He really needs someone to install a ceiling light or fan. I had no experience or know how in home repairs, but once you buy a place you learn how to do some things by talking to friends or watching youtube videos. Phil has no friends and is retarded. He is better off hiring help.

Why does he wear those awful button ups that are too small for him? His fashion sense is awful. If he wants to look like a 'mature adult" he should just get a decent polo or nicer T shirt. He looks ridiculous in those ill-fitting discount boomer shirts.
Yeah, it shows what a baboon he is.

A lot of men where shirts where the material is too thin, DSP is a classic case of this. There is a huge different between the Amazon button ups and a proper shirt, but because he's never worn a nice shirt he thinks, "there's no difference!", and believes he somehow found a fashion hack

The stuff about Phil not buying a condo in the right place or not being able to fix stuff is true, but it all comes back to Champions.

$44,000 spent in 18 months per the Joon documentary. He's been playing for more than 7 years. Do the math.

Drop that addiction and the current condo is paid off in full, no debt, and then you fix the place up however you want. You can hire people to do the shit you don't know how to do. But he'd rather drink, play mobile games, and let his one asset (the condo) fall apart.

this is funny but this 'tractor has an incredibly loose definition of what begging actually is, presumably to inflate the numbers. asking for likes and comments is not begging imo, no matter how retarded he sounds when he says it
Whats the difference between asking for likes, asking for comments, asking for money.
It is begging.

But I think there should be like a cooldown or something. When he starts begging, if he still begs 10 sec later, add another one.

Next step: merging it with PoP tips tracker to see when the begging was extra sucessful
Correlating total tips to begs on a stream would be interesting. He will beg and moan regardless but seeing if they interact is something not as discussed as much as tips and begging individually

I think the beg tracker is funny and as long as the person tracking it is mildly consistent with their definitions it's fine, Phil will throw his toys out the pram about this either way and it'll be some funny man baby rage, will he threaten to sue?

And that is only Champions. then there is also Supercard and other gacha games he played since he lived in Seattle. And I bet he all wrote that microtransactions of as business expenses.

OK:

Average of $2,444 over those 18 months, times 84 months that make up seven years, so bottom line average using that documented stretch burn rate =

At least around the $205,333 neighborhood on only that game with other drains running too, most likely, give, or take.

If Phil finally ceases to beg for a continuous 60 seconds, then begs after that, it should be a new count entry on the counter of begs. Begging for engagement is the most pathetic style of robust begging styles Phil regularly engages in I find, but it is most certainly begging. However it often is stapled on to an overall beg for actual sweatyman.jpg funds in most instances I'd hazard to guess, thus shouldn't be it's own beg counter trigger if not followed by at least a minute of no other beg style cup rattling on a stream.

44k in 18 months months implies 185k over 7 years as a rough estimate. That's assuming it's stayed steady though when it's apparent he's gotten worse over time, ballpark he's spent 250k USD on the game since account creation, how much is his mortgage again?

There is a cooldown to it, but you bet your ass whenever he's not playing a videogame during videogame time, for reason being he has to:
  • Get up in general to:
    • Open the curtains
    • Stretch
    • See the wife/bring jasper down
    • Hears a loud noise
    • Take a piss(no real evidence of pissing)
  • Split the part
  • Pausing to read a contribution and update the leaderboard
  • Read the chat randomly and see that it's quiet
He will beg. 100%. But some will say

"Skippy Skippy, not all the time! Just because he breathes doesn't mean he's lying and begging!"
Now allow me to explain. For those who don't know, Phil begs also can branch out from the arsenal of types of obligations he's throwing at you.
You got many types of begs now:
  • Like his channel
  • Become and/or gift a membership
  • Do a superchat
  • Leave a like
  • Check out the many HOURS of free entertainment on all of his Youtube Channels he works hard to maintain(give him views)
  • Support$$$
  • Contribute$$$
  • Engage$$$(?)
  • *Buy some shitty merch
  • *Throne account
  • And most of all, the magnum opus, the encore. Leave a tip
    *new additions
Whew, that's quite the list! Now why did I waste time typing that out? Let me inform you.

At anytime during his time being (a)live, anything on that list can be deployed. Sometimes he's thinkin Iranian Ballistic Missile begbomb on civilians where they are all one after another, usually once or twice. Wew that's a doozy!
Or sometimes he will just pull any of those out of his magical Hat(we have to hit the $150 goal first but also this isn't a dress up stream. Except now it is because he needs money), and he will throw it out there depending on what is not up to snuff in the moment. It is all interchangable.

Don't forget:
  • Felt the detractors
  • Keep the momentum going
  • Continue the streak / Start a new streak
  • Dethrone the current top tipper / superchat (especially if it's a low key insulting name)
  • See my shitty new mostly recycled tip animations for [season/holiday/game]
  • Also support my other channels
  • If I hit a X days streak I'll do a special event where I order Doordash, never mind that last year I touted how I stopped putting these behind member goal paywalls
  • Let's hit this goal right now
  • I've been playing this game for X hours and we're only at Y dollars in support, maybe you guys don't like this game anymore

I'm not sure if this is just nitpicking the way phil talks or if he is legitimately this dumb, but recently he keeps mentioning opening the curtains to "let in fresh air" and seems to be conflating sunlight in his room and fresh air flow. There's no way he thinks opening the curtains but not the actual window is getting fresh air into that room, right? I've just never heard anyone say they are opening curtains to bring in fresh air. Does he actually think sunlight is fresh air?

It is begging.
I don't think asking for likes or comments is begging, or at least it's not as egregious or offensive (as a viewer) as asking for money upfront. I see it as a light form of begging, like the guy on the hotdog stands that is like "hey man, wanna buy a hotdog?". If I wanted a hotdog, I'd ask for it, but sometimes you are not so sure so you need that little stimulus to be like "sure, why not?", that's how I see asking for likes and comments; I'm already watching a video and I'm liking it, and some creators don't care about likes or subs, but some do so it's the same "yeah, why not?". Plus, it really costs nothing, it's not like you have 100 likes and 10 subs that you can use every week. I'm sure if those were limited, people would be offended if Phil asked you use all of them on him.

And that's why begging for tips is more offensive as a viewer. Like cocksucker, I'm already watching your shit, giving you hours of watch-time every day, I'm somehow entertained with your subpar content, I'm playing by your absurd chat rules where I'm always walking on thin ice, I have to tolerate a bunch of LARPers and literal retards in chat, and somehow that's not good enough? Being a DSP viewer is an actual job. Where most people would be happy to have 200 regulars, DSP also demands that you pay him for existing, and if you want to watch something, you better give money to get it, otherwise your years of loyalty mean jackshit.

I think people take offense on e-beggars because it's basically people in a position of privilege doing something most people would call a hobby and acting like it's back-breaking labor while also showing how little empathy and how much entitlement people like that have. Phil doesn't care about how much most people have to work to make 300 dollars, but he expects daily it just because he booted up Street Fighter 6 and cried every time he got crushed and then watched some videos.

These two are relatively new, did he pick up this way of talking from the casino guys or has Dave been watching late night evangelical preacher sermons?
Hitting the goal right now, especially when he's more demanding about it feels like something he picked up. I think the dethroning is something he's busting out more often, but it's been in his begging rotation in the past. It's usually more passive aggressive like "all it would take is $10 to become the top tipper" or back when he was playing Pokemon or something that had some kind of incentive it was "If you tip X you can name Y" or whatever.

I do think Phil's begging style has changed overall since the KC arc. He was more upfront and egotistical about it than before. In the past, his go to method of begging was either guilting his viewers, or making himself out to be some sort of martyr, selflessly uploading hours of free content because he's just a small time gamer trying to pursue his passion and make people's lives better. I think, barring any unexpected plot twists, by the end of the year we'll be back to the "normal" form of Phil begging.
