Some guy (name escapes me, atm) she was talking to had texts leaked where she related to that guy what she and Nick talked about. Those are the texts everybody saw (and have been posted in this thread a number of times).

Nick responded to that leak by claiming that Faran misunderstood what he told her, and Faran seemingly went along with that. My guess is maybe she just didn't want the drama. Nick still had a fairly healthy fanbase then (read: people who would go after her, as some did).

There's presumably nothing to leak regarding the conversation between her and Nick concerning swinging, because the conversation wasn't in text. It was voice, or voice and video. Allegedly very early in the morning. Both drunk. Not recorded.

That's why people (like me) were on the fence as to whether to believe her. The only real evidence was her word. However, since it's 100% confirmed Nick is a swinger, it's more likely than not she was telling the truth. Or close enough anyways.

If Nick was a participant in those texts that were leaked, the swinger speculation could have been confirmed years earlier.

The Divinity/Faran Leaks and Other Details:

Nick was just collateral in the leak. Most people seem to forget that Divinity Said and Faran were feuding due to Divinity getting channel strikes. In response, a video was made showing "the real Faran" with other private messages leaked by Divinity. The video I have archived is from March 1st 2023.

Since the video doesn't seem to exist elsewhere, here is said archived copy:

Faran's response to the video has Fraser AKA NOVA as the one who sent the messages to Divinity (Elizabeth) who then publicized them. She claims that Nick and Kayla are monogamous.



The leak pertaining to Nick had Nick talking to Faran about going to swinger island and building a sex room the night of the infamous drunk stream in September 2022 (post-Hedonism II and pre-bottlebutt pics). Nick attending a swinger island and wanting to build a sex room have been confirmed.



If anyone is wondering who Divinity is, she clipped Nick a lot and even streamed with him. You can see her in the clip below from October 28th 2022, wherein chat tells Nick that a little birdy told them about his Hedonism II visit. Nick and Kayla responded by saying they didn't tell anyone where they went, thereby implying that meant that no one could know (lol). It should be noted that Kiwi Farms wouldn't be looking into "swinger island" until early December 2022.

Ultimately, the DM leaked by Divinity pertaining to Nick was actually Divinity's attempt to hurt Faran over channel strikes. It wasn't well thought-out and it is surprising that Divinity would so casually add to the speculation regarding Nick and how degenerate he had become.

Also, the more one looks into the hints and general reluctance to discuss Nick's behavior by those around him, it definitely makes one wonder who knew how much (and when they knew it).

Okay yeah you're right, I really thought Nick still was in high standing even after Null dropped him as a e-friend. But I'm looking back at the dates and in January Nick really fucked up. Jesus Christ the Struggle Session video is just ugly.

I have changed my view on Faran's claim about that conversation she allegedly had with Nick years ago. The one where Nick claimed Kayla wanted to swing. I initially wrote it off as bullshit that couldn't be corroborated, but I now think it that conversation probably happened pretty close to how Faran related.

Yes, I now lean towards him wanting a threesome with Faran and Kayla, but claiming it was Kayla that wanted it.

I really don't know why Faran would have reason to lie, especially in a private DM. The way that conversation came off to me seemed like she wanted to get it off her chest like, "OMG you won't believe what this POS is like behind the scenes!"

Another thing that's important to note: Faran came into the whole lawtube space via Joe (Good Lawgic) during Depp V Heard. We know Joe is Orthodox Jew and Faran is Catholic. The two of them used to talk about religion A LOT. Not in a preachy way, but almost in a funny way. I remember one time during one of the trial streams Faran and Joe talking about Jewish stuff and Faran saying she loved the cartoon The Prince of Egypt and Joe saying something like, "Yeah, that movie got some stuff wrong but I loved the music!" lol. Case in point the clip below from just a little over 2 years ago now (It will make sense why I bring this clip up with my incoming effort post as to how I found this clip). Watch Joe and Faran get completely disgusted with Nick when he talks about dick sizes, his sex swing, etc. The two of them get totally grossed out, and both Joe and Faran try to steer the conversation with a more comedic take and Nick just keeps taking it back to degeneracy.
