Ian's face has really drastically changed from 20s to 30s, especially for someone who doesn't have kids . His face has that asymmetric look that laying on your side in bed a lot can give people. But his skin still looks decent. I know no one is perfectly symmetrical but the drastic change in Ian's symmetry makes me feel like there's just something awful either going on in his head or his health, or both. I keep going back and forth between feeling a lot of empathy for whatever hell his mental state is vs feeling like he is wasting every opportunity to just stop sucking so hard.

Is it a theory when you're correct? We know she's dabbled in making bentos and weird scones, I don't think it's a stretch to say that her cooking is having a negative effect on Ian. I don't recall if they're eating strictly vegan or if Anisa just goes through these cycles of cooking whatever she sees on instagram or tiktok (it's definitely this one). I know nothing about IBS but she could unironically be poisoning him if he has some kind of gluten intolerance or other food intolerance, that or he's hit The Wall after turning 30 and his body just rejects what he's being fed.
