I wonder what these doctor's results were like in other surgeries before they got into hacking trannies. I'm willing to bet not as good as other surgeons. And of course they have the added benefit of not stressing over outcomes. These procedures are experimental legally speaking IIRC and so patients can't really kick up too much of a fuss, at least if they're adults signing the papers themselves. Cosmetic surgery that doesn't need a good cosmetic outcome that's covered by a lot of insurance. If I was a sociopathic flesh crafter I'd get in on the easy money while it lasts too.

Lee lives in NZ. He paid to have private surgery overseas but with a serious complication like a hernia, that surgery would be a free repair in NZ health system. He wouldn't even have to wait too long with the size of the hernia he has. No $60,000 bill here...
Is he going to a private surgeon? Is he just grifting extra money? What's the story here? Everything he is saying is wrong has been discovered for free through the national health system and can be repaired the same way...

Also, tubular breasts are normal for women with large breasts like hers, who don't use a bra. She's gone native and this is the expected result, big deal. This is the same crap as "life saving" stomach reductions for people who could just stop eating. Just eat less, workout, get into a group which does back exercises specifically and you're golden. Of course a fat, overweight couch potato is gonna have back problems but it's not like UPS workers don't get the same issues by carrying way heavier loads all day. NZ has a two tier system of public and private like Australia I believe. I'm guessing he's looking to go private as wait times for elective procedures are typically measured in years.

Interestingly Lee's AGP stalker ex-friend Chloe/ James Daniels has also had major, major complications from his overseas facial feminisation surgery. He went to India and got a life threatening CPE bacterial infection which required more surgery and months of iv antibiotics. Apparently CPE infections may never completely go away. His neck is horribly scarred as a result, but he just chirps on happily about getting it fixed later on and is still planning the dick chop. Either as a society we become comfortable with slicing and dicing to address mental health, fitness, discipline, and other problems that could be readily addressed through non-surgical means. Or we stand firm with the stance of "no, it's insane to cut up a person's stomach. If he needs to lose weight, we point him to options for diet and exercise."
