You can literally count the amount of people with whom Fuentes has parted ways on amicable terms over his whole e-celeb career on one fucking hand. I'll make the point that "selling out" i.e. making decisions solely based on political viability is not a strategy that has historically worked. In fact it tends to piss off your base and work to your opponent's benefit since it narrows the argument into your opponent's own framework. Conservatism is going to continue to fail, as it has for the past three hundred years, if the goal is to prevent the radicals from scoring points. Napoleon said the logical conclusion of a defensive war is surrender. The "beautiful losers" tend to become losers because they mistake hokey, uncritical rhetoric for principles, thinking they're Socrates drinking the hemlock and not a blubbering pussy who sold out for $65K per year. Political viability is a word that's used by the entrenched bureaucrats who want to dissuade you from using power to do the right thing.

This is distinct of course from saying you cucked out :reply: because you didn't piss your pants and filibuster a congressional hearing by showing everyone Greatest Story Never Told. However the professionals who give advice about what is or is not politically acceptable are only distinguishable from armchair strategists in the sense that they get a paycheck to be fucking useless.

Realistically optics can work as a tactic in the sense that it's not a way to conceal your motives, rather it's a way to demonstrate that your position is not exclusive to society's bottom-feeding degenerates. This was for instance a method used by homosexuals to shift public perception: the fight for gay marriage had nothing to do with wanting to get married but rather to effect a change in public opinion from "they're sexually deviant maniacs" to "they're just like you and me, and only want to get married and adopt kids" so that by the time we realized that it was a big hoax, they were already teaching toddlers interracial CBT. Notice how the gay mafia did not shift the public perception by saying they weren't gay or that they were only a little gay. You're not going to Trojan Horse your way into the White House either.

I don't think this is accurate, they betray their principles constantly and consistently and it's hard to know what they actually believe at this point, if anything. I think the Groyper-right is effectively a hodge-podge of disaffected young men who are angry at the restrictiveness of the modern world but don't have a coherent way of expressing that anger, so they latch onto things they can blame and people who claim to have all of the answers, which is a story as old as time... the very important difference here is that this person very visibly does not have all of the answers, and is instead very much in the same boat as the people they're leading. There's a reason the majority of Fuentes' followers were specifically born and raised in American suburbs - I think they simultaneously resent how boring, dull, and cookie-cutter where they're from is, while also being disgusted with how violent and decadent urban areas are; they instead romanticize about rural areas despite being similarly offput with how comparatively unadvanced, trashy, decayed, and community-oriented they tend to be.

Nick himself is a prime example of this: I think it's completely fair to say that he, deep down, does not want to be an upright, clean-cut, White man who owns a house in a suburb with a wife and a few kids, even if that's what he believes he should want, and this disconnect is incredibly obvious when you hear him talk about literally anything other than Jews. I think his goal, ultimately, is to do interesting stuff and be seen as an influential and unique person, and when he saw the quote, "when fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying the cross" (pardon the cringe), he thought, "yeah that makes sense, I'll do that." The standard post-2020 Groyper is not an idealistic albeit naïve young person who wants their community to be happy, healthy, cohesive, and proud, it's a profoundly unhealthy and nihilistic young person who wants to feel like they're apart of something - anything - that's offering an alternative path from the one they're on, even if they can't explain why they feel the need to escape.

This dissonance, frustration, lack of a way to resonate with their surroundings, and inability to articulate exactly what it is they want leads to the cultivation of these spergs who wag Crucifixes despite knowing effectively nothing about their professed religion, go on ironic screeds about raping women on their anime-avatar Twitter accounts, and follow a diet White nationalist despite being mulatto. They're just metamorphosing into Beardsons, but luckily most of them will grow out of it by the time they mature and hit their mid-late twenties, as seems to be the case with just about anyone who's ever followed him.

I will say though Fuentes is a 100 times better at debating and making coherent arguments then Hasan is. Hasan cannot argue for shit and even within the breadtuber sphere is largely a joke.

Maybe it's most, maybe not, it would be hard to say since there's no accurate way to measure it. I'd argue that rather than gay men being particularly fashion-oriented, straight men are particularly uncaring about their appearance. But at the end of the day it's neither here nor there as "he's not into fancy fashion" is not an accurate gauge to judge someone's proclivity toward homosexuality.

Gay things that apply to Nick, which I have already spelled out for you in my other post:
1) lack of sexual interest in women
2) hatred of women (not the same as a lack of sexual interest, plenty of straight men hate women)
3) sexual attraction toward men (was caught watching tranny porn, was particularly possessive and obsessive over close male friends, followed tranny thirst accounts on twitter, date with Kami, tolerance of openly gay men in his tradcath movement)

Only on certain specific topics, and a lot of his "debate" skill really relies on him being able to piss the other person off and discombobulate them. If the other person doesn't have a meltdown, or if simply regurgitating /pol arguments doesn't work for Nick, he starts floundering.
