There's clearly a war going on between centrists in the party (Clinton & her ilk) radicals/SJW Dems like the "squad", and run of the mill career politician Democrats up for re-election just trying to listen to their campaign advisors who are coming back with less than ideal data/polls (I'd actually put Kamala in this camp, with her copycat populist positions like "no tax on tips").

I'm so disappointed by how cucked stern has become, I used to love stern in the late 90s and early 2000s
He used to berate Don Imus for being on the air when he was too old, and for promoting his dumb whore trophy wife's fake career on his show (both things stern is now guilty of), but at least Imus was still willing to be offensive until the end, even stuck on AM radio. Its really sad that everything stern stood for ended up being fake, and he sold out the second he was able to become one of the in group.
His show is so unbelievably bland and sanitized now, I don't understand how anyone could sit through it. Every clip I have seen over the last 10 years has been awful, and the people he has hired are painfully lame.

Hillary Clinton is tone deaf. A great example of this is her famous "I always carry hot sauce" quip. As I mentioned a few weeks ago, Hillary Clinton does actually carry hot sauce on her. She is a hot pepper and hot sauce fiend and there are three pre-2016 articles linked in that post pointing this out. However, she was too stupid to realize that she shouldn't say that when being interviewed on an African American platform because it's a stereotype that some black people might find offensive. Even if she was telling the truth, it looks bad. I do not think Hillary Clinton is attempting to sabotage Kamala Harris, I think she is actually this fucking silly.

As for Obama, I do not think he hates Kamala. Kamala was one of Obama's original supporters when he launched his campaign in 2007 which everyone, at the time, thought was a pipe dream. She was in the room when he announced at the Illinois State Capitol and she campaigned for him hardcore in the 2008 election. Obama also called Kamala a "dear friend" in 2010 at a rally in Los Angeles. Kamala gave a glowing speech supporting Obama at the 2012 DNC. Obama also called Harris "the best looking attorney general in the country" in 2013, which threw a lot of people off because it was a quirky statement. Obama endorsed Kamala in her 2016 senate campaign and, when Kamala became Biden's VP, he responded very positively.

There is way too much history between those two to suggest they hate each other or that Obama wants Kamala to lose.

They have to predict how many Rs voted by mail and come up with a plausible number of Ds to counter them. If they don't get to watch the exit polls/official counts throughout the night and then drop off a bundle of envelopes at 11:59 (or even over the next few days in a lot of places) that's exactly what they need to win +2% then it's a lot more complicated since legitimate R ballots will keep coming in alongside the fraudulent Ds

Also, at least going by 2020, when you have a lot of mail-in ballots turnout tends to be higher since it's easier to do. If turnout is too high there might not be enough margin left for the fraud. Some areas already had over 100% turnout in 2020 and while say 110% is technically possible if people move into the area but originally registered somewhere else it definitely raises eyebrows since generally only about 50-60% of people vote in a given election (66% in 2020)

The only time democrats pay any attention to black people is when they can use them to brown beat white people or complain about police brutality. As much as people can say "You get what you voted for" I have to admit that the truth is dems don't want to solve racism in this country. If Obama actually supports Kamala he would be doing rallies for her in the battleground states. There is still a month to go so we will see. But hes not.

My theory is I dont think he wants her to lose. But if she does lose there is going to be some kind of realignment in the Democratic party and backing her too strongly and her losing would weaken his influence in that battle.

Or he is convinced things will go to shit no matter what so smoke and play ball. Either he can influence Kamala when things shit up or Trump holds the bag. Both are fine.

I’m gonna go on a little abortion tangent just because I haven’t seen my perspective reflected much and I’ve never really talked about it.

To briefly powerlevel, I’m kind of a sperg and never felt much inclination to have kids. Didn’t have a baby doll as a girl, didn’t play house, was too busy taking all the electronics in the house apart. Even as an adult, never really was into it. My view was always this:
- use birth control
- use plan B when you have any doubts
- be responsible about taking pregnancy tests and get an abortion early if you must
- available in extreme cases, life of the mother, the usual

I thought this was pretty reasonable. I understand people who don’t want to have kids but still want to enjoy life with a partner, and would like a failsafe as a last resort. But that’s not what’s being pushed anymore. Slowly, instead of, you should be able to avoid pregnancy if you wish, it’s starting to sound more like….you shouldn’t get pregnant at all. Pregnancy is terrifying, You shouldn’t have a family. First trimester isn’t enough, we have to go further. And not only should blue states offer it, the whole country must bend to their will. And abortion is now a rallying cry that’s expected to draw women in, and it does. Even though for something that should be so rare you’d think most women wouldn’t worry about it. The ‘choice’ has turned into full-on implicit pressure. The slippery slope seems fake until you feel your feet sliding out from under you.

It’s so sinister to be pushed away from motherhood it kind of makes me want to have a beautiful family out of spite. I think I’d be good at it, too.

Most of the functioning adults I've met would agree with this. That's pretty much where I fall, too.

Pennsylvania: The Butler rally turned into a huge flop. Elon Musk is driving people away. Is this the sort of person Trump is going to surround himself with? Failed billionaires? Meanwhile Harris is allying herself with people I trust like Dick Cheney.

North Carolina: What is up with this guy? Exploiting a disaster for an election? Meanwhile Harris is allowing the experts at FEMA to handle the situation. This is why I just don’t get Trump. He’s a real estate guy but tries to do everything himself? Leave the tough jobs to the big boys dude.

Georgia: Oh boy, this is a big one. InsiderAdvantage has them TIED. Isn’t Georgia supposed to be a RED STATE? What the hell happened? No doubt this will lead to other red areas leaking. Texas turns blue? I don’t like it either, but it looks like it’ll happen.

Folks, I don’t like the idea of voting Democrat, but it’s clear there is only one party that honors our Constitution and Democracy.
