1. Has the DA filed charges and if so what is the case number?

2. Is there any restraining order in effect?

We all know Tarl has absolutely no clue how to handle a firearm, but it looks like he will be relieved of his 2nd amendment right for 10 years once found guilty:

Also, his $7500 bond is VERY HIGH for domestic abuse battery. Typical bonds for this charge are $2000-$3000. He most likely used some kind of weapon, or his battery involved strangulation or some other life-threatening violence. What a disgusting coward he is.

It is time for him to break out the "unfortunate boating accident" strategy to alleviate himself of the firearms. He has stated this a number of times during his streams and 10 minute videos.

The law can be very sketchy.... he didn't need to actually attack anyone with a weapon while an assault occurred, he just needed to be holding something that could be considered deadly while the incident took place... devils advocate example - They're having dinner, he's got a knife.. his phone goes off and she sees a text from one of his booty calls and goes off smacking the shit out of him like she had admitted to having done before (and got arrested for doing to her husband in Vermont)... he pushes her away while holding said knife, and maybe she even broke an arm or hand or something in a fall (Hypothetically, of course) ... she calls 911 because she's hurt and now EMS has to get the police involved... Styx could actually be relatively innocent in regards to this incident aside from being a fucking retard and getting involved with this psycho chick again in the first place.

Would Louisiana state law about firearms apply to Vermont, or would he only be banned from owning a firearm in Louisiana?

1) She didn't smack the shit out of him. Other than the anal bleeding from his 3 days in the can, he has no signs of any physical violence on his visible body parts.
2) His actions must be intentional.
3) Judge already found probable cause and set the bond appropriately.

My guess is, his crime involved strangulation. Remember how touchy-feely he gets when drunk.
Little Tarl is is WAY deeper than he thinks.

The higher bond amount may be because Tarl is visiting from out of state. The bond in meant to encourage you to make your court appearances, and maybe make it worth while for a bounty hunter to chase down your ass and bring you back.

The best worst case scenario for Styx is to take the plea deal.

It's also federal and Vermont state law also. He will not be able to own a firearm in Vermont either.

Definitely plausible. I think his best case scenario would be to plea it down to a Simple Battery charge, which is considered far less serious than Domestic Battery. That's probably what his attorney will be angling for. According to his jail video, he seems to think he's just going to "win the case." He really has no clue what he's up against. The level of naivete this man-child shows every time he opens his mouth is nothing short of remarkable.

She's just a pot head... that's what caused the problems with the husband... he expected her to handle the house and kids while he was at work all day and she sat around doing butt fuck nothing, scrolling/posting on facebook all day high on weed/edibles.... this was just a couple days before the BS went down...
