Going to be a twat and talk about the base game
So, there are two different pictures of the Austrian focus tree that have been shown for the new DLC. The first, comes from the content pack screenshot.
Later image, from the dev diary
Notice the difference? The first one, has a mutually exclusive path allowing you to push for European Unity which would likely involve some hidden path to bring it about given that in the later screenshots it is not there. This path is the Otto von Habsburg path pushing stuff in the Danubian Federation or other stuff.
Now, for some historical context Otto Von Habsburg who was very supportive of one Richard von Coudenhove Kalergi was very much in support of European unity. I expect most of y'all to know who Kalergi is. Which, I expect there to be a Kalergi path now given 1: European stuff and 2: It's linked to Otto.
So yes, we can the wholesome Kalergi Plan path let's gooooo!

True, it'll prob be the "Le Wholesome Kalergi wants to unify Europe". Hell, if they wanted to be ballsy they'd actually do interwar Kalergi like how interwar Kalergi was. Kalergi being someone who originally wished for none other than Musso-fucking-lini to be the strong man, figurehead to unify Europe before Mussolini was like "stfu" and sent him away, which he then found a friendship with the leader of Austria. He of course, left Austria and fled to France with the Anschulus.

Not really related to TNO, but I hate modern zoomers don't understand copyright laws or fair use. Which I don't blame since they live in an era where half their soy pop culture should have bene public domain at this point but companies make excuses to extend their IP control. That's just the tip of the iceberg, I remember the 4chan autists made a focus tree for it too.
Also Jesus Christ, as I went to 4chan to save that image I found out that Komi is officially getting reworked. They're talking openly about it now. Among other things, Ultravisionaries are going to be turned into a generic communist dictatorship and a leak posted here earlier has been confirmed: Serov won't be a NazBol any more but will be a generic communist dictator. Even Tabby isn't safe as he's getting lots of events removed to make him more "realistic". The rework isn't in active development yet but it's definitely on the chopping block.
Might do a deep dive and collect leaks from recent threads. Had no idea things had gotten this bad. They're just removing everything at this point.
Just as I lose hope, this fella restores it.
TBH at this point I'd rather play these joke focuses and a mod about the TNO dev team, than actual TNO itself. Also send a ink to the 4chan thread? I wanna see if 4chan autists have any new info and drama we can gleam from.

You can get all the essentials from the first two posts as the resident baker puts all recent leaks in a sticky and all major news from the past thread in the second post. It's a good place to get information about the most recent dumpster fire since a lot of disgruntled devs post there so it's worthwhile checking in on it every now and then.
Might as well post some gems from the thread since I have them open. Here are some devs complaining on Twitter about people liking the old schizo content more than their reworks. Gee, wonder why it's getting reworked?
A moderation lead on the team recently threatened a fan wiki with a lawsuit. Apparently, it never went anywhere.
The current lead dev of the mod, an end-of-history neoliberal, was recently banned from the official Discord for The Campaign Trail (a political web game) for repeatedly telling people to kill themselves.
And to top it all off, the Amur rework (which they've been working on for years apparently) will have less content than all other tags, and will therefore break all Russian content. The alternative - to actually give them as much content as everyone else - is apparently unthinkable.
So turns out, the mod is still a complete dumpster fire.

Seems to be worse on the dumpster fire. Again we bullied Panzer but hindishgt is 2020. While some of the stuff I don't mind like Atlantaeruopa was dumb and gay, it still did have soul. Be it Glenn going to Mars or funni clock man. Which yeah it does show how sneedy they are. People loved TNO since as put here on the thread, it had the chance to be a grimdark KX. Sorta like how the event where Dirlewagner duels a Babushka wielding a sledgehammer and fucking dies after he just did a tone of rape. Grimdark but on occasion a bit silly like that while still having some serious moments.
Even old panzer leaked documents had more thought. Yockey had a Palaptine esque-plan that was interesting where he could be worse then le Dengist Speer as while Speer reforms German a la China, Yockey makes fascism seem as a normal continuation of American government and no one even sees a problem with it in his worse/best case scenario. These chuckefucks have Yockey just gone from that votepig faggots proposal. The same faggot who said America should nuke Antwerp to flood the Rhine.
TNO is a dead mod. Not because of these reworks. I legit think they won't post anything. Its going to be a miracle if this mod gets off the ground. It spawned a loyal autistic fanbase they hate but who are unironically keeping it alive via pure fan events and autism.
Like this was on one of the many fan derivatives of TNO and yes its autistic and not an actual mod nor intends to be yet somehow this shitty meme super event made by a probable underaged teen girl still have more svol then TNO-slop that is never going to see the light of day. The reason I am so autistic and angry over this is TNO had a chance to be good. Even with its mini-games even earlier on this thread many said we criticize it since we see a gemerald buried in the coal. Now its not even just them removing content. I am unsure if they will actually be able to add content.
Also has an aside again on my former thing on zoomies not knowing copy-right. There was a mod on the Steam Workshop I saw. It was basically a community portrait pack of various leaders and portraits for modders. The issue was the portraits were things the OP found from TNO, KR, KX, etc, he just sorta put in a pack. TBH good on him since I support free sharing of code and GFX. Some faggot though showed up and tried to DMCA it, claiming since he recolored in a photo he did not own, he owns that portrait now and that no one else can use it without specifically asking him for credit. It did not go anywhere obviously. The wiki thing is just as retarded. You don't own the actual knowledge of your lore that it can't be shared. What actual thoughtcrime is that dyke talking about?

I think that sums up must of the negativity in that community. The mod used to have a lot of soul and potential. All of it was thrown away because a bunch of midwits wanted to turn Panzer's autistic schizoposting into the most soulless Wikipedia scrape imaginable and proceeded to throw away literal years of everyone's lives slowly dismantling everything that made the mod interesting to begin with.
