it isn't. bronze 1 implies he hasn't played any or very little pvp in MW 3/WZ, and the progression is a combo of single and pve multiplayer. level 100 can be gotten with completing the man singleplayer game and maybe 72 hours of casual resurgence or challenge completions during regular co-op online gameplay. it's doable in under 48 hours if you're a try hard but more realistically a week or so of a couple hours a day of progress.

the ranking is logarithmic and level 0-55 is mandatory for competitive online play (as well as to actually unlock perks/weapons/et c). being prestige 2 with bronze 1 tells me he doesn't play competitively. on tracker.gg that AID also has zero warzone progress, so i'm guessing it's his first MW 2019+ game (and he maybe didn't play the first one).
