I actually think that the text of the statute is less clear on this than you do. The factors are:

1. The person is identifiable. Yes. Aaron in his infinite wisdom identified the person.
2. No consent to dissemination. Less clear, but still probably yes. At the time of the dissemination, I doubt Qayla consented.
3. Created with an expectation of privacy. This seems like an arguable one. Presumably the picture was taken with Qayla's consent and she may have known that Aaron shares nudes with his friends. Or she may have taken it and put it on fetlife or some other cuck forum. Even if she only shared it with Aaron, she still knew that he had the picture and reasonably knew what a degenerate moron might do with her nudes. That might invalidate the expectation of privacy in this case.

I made an effortpost about it in one of the first pages of the Melton thread, but it has to do with Mike (starrov) David/Redbar “stealing” the people who Melton was covering for years. Melton and Redbar have had a “truce” with eachother for a while now, but the whole experience left Melton with some kind of emotional scarring or PTSD.

I’m not particularly fond of Melton or a “fan” of his in any way but from what I’ve learned of him and his work, he’s been doing his show for a good 18 years, and he’s been basically subsisting off of the small audience he retained and covering the most irrelevant third-rate small market standup comedians up until he stumbled upon Aaron Amhole and got a new cash cow in him.
