I've yet to find a cheese I don't love. I've only seen one person mention Edam Cheese so I'll be the second. Nice red wax, delicious, mild, and easily meltable, but leaving it out for a while makes it even sharper at the risk of some mold if you're retarded enough to not make sure that doesn't happen. And of course the smell, I love the smell of cheese but back in the day I rarely could get it since my family has this weird thing about cheese where they either really like it or want to purge the world of it if it smelled even slightly different than what they're used to.
