Most likely, Nick will start saying "he only won because, uh, Israel" and the groypers will follow suit. If Trump ends up reducing Jewish influence, doesn't go to war with Iran, doesn't codify abortion as a right, or any of the other BS that Nick keeps parroting, then he'll likely either claim "lol, he was playing 4D chess all along and I knew it the whole time, heh, gotcha!". General right wingers are not going to care at all what he has to say, but you have this general sphere of very online right wingers that still pay attention to him (mostly to goof on him), who will be tempted to comment on how retarded he sounds. Which he can then play off as meaning they're all mad at how right he is (common defense online when laughed at).
It's the same thing a lot of the old style cuckservatives would do online to suggest they were more principled than their peers, even when they didn't seem to have any political agreements with which made the idea they were peers or on the same side in some way laughable.
I think Nick has fallen into the same trap of enjoying the dopamine rush of being told he's more principled than everyone else, even when he's going against any figures that may have promoted anything he's stated are his beliefs. Also helps people like him to cope with losing since he can just say it's because everyone else wasn't as principled as him.
Only problem is, Nick isn't that significant a figure outside the relatively small following he still has. So he depends much more heavily on being mocked/criticized to get attention than what most media figures might enjoy.
