iFunny is having a meltdown - An increase of new jannies has plunged the user base into total mutiny

It seems after banning all of its core users, iFunny is hosting a scam giveaway to desperately refill the app. Top prize looks like some kind of gaming PC.

User iFunnyComments has a post on it but i haven’t been able to find the full thing (probably only visible on iF10):

Very sad how little effort they put in. At least Funcorp cared enough to fork over enough cash for a whore (Mia Khalifa) to star in a couple ads.

In the ongoing war against the mods one twitter migrated user has an Idea of how to get unbanned, attempting to extort FunCorp. I honestly don't understand how they think this will help them at all. FunCorp has sunk millions into this as a hairbrained investment and will not yield to extortion.

If you simply want revenge after being banned without potential legal issues of extortion just post the damaging info and share it with advertisers to ruin their prospects financially and perhaps don't mention it's because your banned, as the FunCorp team could use that to get advertisers back by stating "The user posing this are who we banned! Aren't we completely reasonable in perma banning these unhinged retards? We're wholesome and advertiser friendly! (as long as you ignore us posing cropped gay porn.)" Am I'm afraid they would be correct.

To be fair they could say the users were banned anyway without Mookie mentioning it. I'd like to believe that potential investors take note of users that aren't even on the platform anymore who are still causing massive issues (seemingly without end), so honestly why not draw it out like this? I'm just glad Mookie's "ultimate plan" wasn't just migrating to xitter forever.
Besides, some users like Brongulus who are known lunatics have already sent threats of harm offsite to the iFunny mod team. Imagine being some jeet making very little and now a bunch of the most deranged people you know (some of whom have violent criminal records) could have your personal info sometime in the next month.

At the very least it's funny.

It probably wouldve been so easy to social engineer a mod account and unban people if they didnt pull this extortion bluff, too.

Related to funcorp is as mentioned before Americas Best Pics & Vids (ABPV) and when I was browsing the google play store I found it's the 3rd most popular app and the first most popular free social media app. I assume no one even knows about it because it's most popular with boomers and gen x.

Their pinned post is bragging about having a faggot DEI admin team for their twitter account. No wonder the app is still plagued with bot accounts making reddit reposts and scammers. I hope they go bankrupt.

If there's such a large body of exiled iFunny users, it would make more sense to just create another website. They were already burrowed under the skin of the "real" iFunny that exists solely to be a mix of Reddit and Knowyourmeme, the former* making a lot of money by operating bots and simply lying to investors/advertisers. Just build another front site and resume all actual funny posting behind that.
