I believe it's still around technically even if it's been cancelled-- so we can have a satisfying ending of it being blasted into oblivion.

IIRC the mayor of Tampa said that there wasn't enough time to deconstruct the cranes, and they were left in a certain position to minimize the storm hazard

Radar signature that is usually a dead giveaway for a tornado, a lot of times it's one of the indicators that there is a tornado in an area when there's no visual confirmation but it doesn't always signify one.
It shows a spiral of hail/sleet/precip/debris that is characteristic of a supercell producing rotation, ie conditions for a tornado in a local area.

Logged into my forum account on a friend's phone who has a battery that doesn't drain in less than an hour (I haven't updated my own phone in half a decade, buddy's lasts several orders of magnitude longer). Hooked into local radio (instead of someone like Ryan Hall's stream) so as to atempt minmaxing preserving battery. Planning on checking this thread every hour or so, good source of info. Bit of downpour has started outside.
