StyxHexenhammer666 / Tarl Warwick - Oddball Occultist Neckbeard (who can make some interesting content)

That's actually a thing? Dang.... I thought it was just my own observation. Always been scared to ask anyone if its normal that somtimes two not so good looking individuals make really great looking individuals. On the flip side I've seen some great looking couples have ugly as sin chillrens!

Anyone else find it hilarious that the now Bibble reading chick done fucked a proclaimed Satanist and it trying to convince him to read the Bibble after he 'forced' her get an abortion? I for the most part believe abortion shouldn't be a form of late contraceptive ( as most sloots use abortion for ) But holy hell I'm happy for her, that she didn't spawn with that son of a hamster.
Crazy bitches almost always end up being bible thumpers. They go do a buncha degenerate shit then turn 35 and are like OMG I AM A GOOD CHRISTIAN WOMAN, PRAISE GAWD, IM SO PURE, HE SAVED ME, UR ALL SINNERS AND EVIL... but then go off n do drugs and still suck a ton of cocks. But they suck cock in the name of the LORD now.

Seen it happen more than once. They get a moral dilemma but can't stop being a BPD whore because that's their nature. See also prisoners who do fucked up shit then claim to be saved while in jail/prison but come out and still do the same bullshit but now with a bible.

Also see chris chan who did degenerate shit and now thinks he's jesus.

If I remember correctly, there was a period during the mid 2000's that American Holywood / Music people who owned property in Britbong were using the UK courts to take legal action against American based publications and Media operations as UK law was more amenable to Defamation type cases than American law. I don't know if it still happens, or if laws changed, but for a period it was a thing.
Clooney, The Douglases and I think Madonna all used it at the time.

The Defamation Act of 2013 tightened things up.

I've been sued for defamation lol and threatened with it on a number of occasions so know the law pretty well.

In English law there are a number of defences to defamation:

1) truth

2) honest opinion

3) public interest

4) reportage

5) privilege (complicated to explain, pertains to legal privilege, if you publish something said in court, that isn't true & in other circumstances)

Additionally, if you are suing someone for defamation, you have to prove serious harm, such as losing work, money, or being shunned by your community.

To sue for defamation in the High Court you have to pay court fees which are 5% of the amount claimed for as well as legal fees of your representative. You can't get a McKenzie friend or some unqualified anon to argue for you either. You either argue your own case, or you must appoint a qualified barrister with rights of audience before a judge.

You also must engage in pre action protocol and give the defendant an opportunity to remedy the libel.

TLDR: Styx won't be suing British citizens like Naijella for defamation. It's not worth his time, he'd lose and if he doesn't have the liquidity to stump up bail, he won't be able to pay UK lawyers plus VAT.

Yup, pretty much what I thought. I understand (1)(2)(3) and (5 - spoken in court or parliament)
What is (4) Reportage?

Edit: Got it.
(4) Reporting

Styx on Fights, Yelling, Arguments:

> Just uh don't start any fights you know. Be chill man.
> Best thing you can do in a relationship is be practically inert.
> I hate fighting. I hate yelling. I hate fighting. I hate arguments.
> When given the chance, I just retreat from an argument. I prefer not to even have one.

If you are a litigant in person and don't have any legal representation, a McKenzie Friend can help advise you in court, take notes, organise documents etc.

They aren't allowed to address the court directly or cross examine witnesses.

They don't have to be legally qualified or regulated.

So Styx or any potential litigant with no money could find one to help him argue his case in court and advise him on points of law, but he'd have to argue the case and examine witnesses etc himself.

I'm sure if he wanted to sue me he'd find a host of volunteers but

a) I've not said anything defamatory, I do believe he has committed physical assault/battery, it's genuine/honest opinion and I could prove to a court that on balance of probabilities such incidents occured

b) Public interest/reportage - he's a well known political commentator

c) it's not harassment - I'm commenting on an internet forum where his arrest and enrolment on a DV program is being openly discussed. I strongly discourage all posters from attempting to interfere in lolcows' real lives. Nobody is forcing him to read his thread and if he's being sent snippets, then it's these senders are the ones committing harassment sending him material that may cause alarm/distress.

He boasts of selling his soul to an owl demon who appeared in his dreams and spent 3 days in prison for suspected DV.

Any claim may prove shaky.

So a non legal helper.

Yes. But they like to feel important.

A helper who has no formal qualification, isn't a member of a regulated body, so has nobody to answer to and no indemnity insurance.

Edit: point is, the legal threats are nonsense!

Yeah, a shaky start to any argument....

I've never heard of a McKenzie before, I was just asking, it might provide a function for some people.

I said many pages back that Owlfucks threats are nothing but bluff and bluster and I have yet to be convinced otherwise.
I think he is a narcistic controlling prick that thinks he knows the legal system but has a very superficial understanding of how the world works.

edit: Hold on, I was in court once (no details) and sitting outside the court room a bloke approached me and asked if I needed support, not legal support but general support. He was very nice and we chatted for a while. He was a support advisor kind of guy? He offered to come into the court with me?
Would that be similar?

I learn some details of the U.K. court system I never knew before, an interesting side note for us Yanks. All thanks to Styx and his "shenanigans" (his favorite overused word)

Yes, that's pretty much it. It's a great way for non-bar people to help out people who can't necessary afford much in lawyers. Now, those usually won't know the law enough to be real help, but without going into much details either, i once knew a trve autist who helped a lot of people, most of whom were wrongfully ticketed and/or arrested. He had the tism bad enough not to become a real lawyer, but more than enough to come up with good legal arguments.
But i do think his case was an exception, i think in general McKenzie friends aren't very welcome, but then again that is in great part because they are a rare exception to corporate rules and filters, so, fuck em if they don't like it... (but also wait a sec, i don't really have enough knowledge of courts to have an informed opinion, maybe it's more normal than i think)

Ramzpaul not so confident with with his "bad boy" friend Styx it seems compared to the other day.

- people get arrested for DV calls "because of the crazy feminists"
- "there shouldn't be domestic violence crimes;" can't grasp that there are nuances to DV that don't apply to a drunken bar fight or a mugging and thus must be approached differently as a different charge
- is stunned that cops arrest the offender so they can speak with both parties privately; can't grasp that there might be instances where a spouse calls the cops and then loses their nerve and tries to backpedal when the cops arrive so the other spouse doesn't retaliate later

Why does anyone listen to this old windbag about anything?

Not legal peeps, councillors, advisors, etc.

Morgan J has posted her review of the Julian's text message. It is kind of amusing for a short bit. But she does become a bit tedious.

* She says that she doesn't believe that she doesn't believe a certain website mentioned is youtube safe. (lol)
* She blurred out the top of Samantha's bruise picture (I am pretty sure that is her arm & hand, not underboob).
* She seems to be afraid of everything, except for saying the word fuck.
* Everyone needs to respect all religions because of the first amendment so nobody should be posting bad things about any religion in her comments. First Amendment will be respected. Of course she has trouble reading & skips over Julian's religious language.

The Schillering has stated several times in old streams that he has extreme anxiety, and paranoia, and abject fear of traveling. He stated he packs his bags three weeks in advance, and stresses over it until he gets to the destination. His buddy Styx has also stated an extreme anxiety about traveling. Both are heavy drinkers. Both are members of their own mutual admiration society.

I think I see a pattern here..........could the Schillering be next?
God I hope so he's unbearably boring now.
