I haye that I know this, but there's actually evidence Wu did have a dick chop.
There's pics on the lolcow wiki (the infamous Barbarella cosplay) where you can see scarring consistent with SRS on her upper thighs.
Besides, she demonstrably has had tonnes of other surgeries (hairline, boobs, cheekbones, nose to name a few) so there's no reason why sho wouldn't have had that one as well.
She did actually put some work into transitioning; way more than most of the MtFs featured here, at any rate.
Then again, it's not like she had to pay for any of it.

Yeah. It's pretty evident that he gets a thrill from trying to come as close to the truth as his narrative will allow and then providing some spin (i.e. it was a urinary tract birth defect) in order to bait people into saying something. He isn't really looking to hide it in the normal sense, but rather to create enough ambiguity around it as to drum up controversy which he can use to fuel sympathy. For the most part, people going in for a surgery that they really don't want to discuss usually tend not to blast it all over social media.
