I do look forward to Phil gaslighting his audience more and more about the reactions his “success” gets from detractors.

The only reactions I’ve seen are a combination of “wow retards gave him that much” and “wow Phil managed to look more special ripping a shirt than I’d have imagined”.

I don't think he's that "dumb" exactly. He's a narcissist who thinks he's always right, can't admit fault when caught in a mistake, and lies and copes constantly. The main difference between him and most narcissists is that he streams his lies live. So, he can be called out for about hundreds of lies, and when he copes and lies again, that's easy to prove too. Only Phil doesn't seem to have caught on to how easy it is to prove he lies about almost everything.
