If Trump wins I hope Lara Trump has the good sense to push Scott Pressler for a bonafide and good position. The dude has done more to convince me of Not All Gays than anyone just by being committed to the work and not really flaunting it as all of his personality. And he has been instrumental in building ground level organization up for the right in a way they've been lacking in for years - he's made appeals to everyone from bikers to rodeo guys to truckers to the fuckin Amish. And he has generated real results in driving voter registration rightward. If you really want to make them seethe, remind them that high levels of faith/religious belief are also strongly correlated with better mental health and less incidence of anxiety/depression/bipolar etc.

It's ironically hypocritical of them because they'd look at that and say you're delusional for believing in those things despite the improved mental health conditions, and yet these are the same people who tell you that we need to appeal to mentally ill men who think they are women because pretending that they're women makes them happy.

I feel like it becomes a self reinforcing feedback loop with them - miserable, mentally unstable people are more likely to lean left, and leftoid views create further misery in them which causes them to become more radicalized. Leftism preaches that all the ills in the world are because those EVIL right wingers are holding the world back and how right wing death squads are forming to come and turbomurder them for being gay, black, women, etc. So these anxious, already unstable people hear this preached incessantly in the echo chamber and it makes their condition worse and they start to feel that the "other side" isn't just wrong but is abject evil and must be destroyed by any means necessary.

You're told that you have "white privilege" and minority groups thoughts and wants matter more than yours. It can't be overstated how much Trump's response to being shot in the face helped his image. He went from being "gross talking locker room man" to looking like a genuine leader under fire. Even if it glanced his ear, there are very, very few untrained people who will not shit their pants at a bullet tearing so close to their face. And he stood up (against better wisdom tbf) to reassure his audience and encourage them because he knew it would be all out pandemonium if people there saw him getting wheeled out on a stretcher or carried out. THAT was his defining moment imo as far as many men are concerned because he demonstrated actual masculinity in a high pressure, real risk scenario.

There is no one on the left, not one, who I feel would have the balls to react similarly. Even those with "service records" would be shitting their pants, and they know it, and it makes them hate Trump more. Kamala gets freaked out sitting in a room full of smiling friendly faces, how the actual fuck is she supposed to react in a high pressure situation? Men recognize this and recognize that a world leader needs to be someone who can react calmly under stress because the world will often not cooperate with you and be a smiling friendly face. Women don't think that way, because reasons, but instead think of image and how someone talks to people etc. So they buy into her bullshit a lot more and don't bother thinking "huh, well sure she's nice when the cameras are on and uses pronouns, but how will she react when Putler threatens to lob nukes at us?"

Hillary was an exception to this handicap imo, I don't think it was her womanhood that hurt her, it was her being a blatantly corrupt bitch. Best advice I can give is that you need to do something else for a bit. Go to the gym, go for a walk, go socialize, or really anything that is enjoyable. I remember when I went down the conspiracy rabbit hole and that gave me a really nihilistic outlook on life, so I had to step away from it so I wouldn’t go into a depression. Too much of anything is bad for you.

I've been thinking about this graph lately and I remember the liberal cope that conservatives don't see doctors often which is why mental health conditions for them is low. The funny thing is liberals never denied that they have mental health problems, they just acted like the mental health problems in America is all capitalism' fault without realizing their ideology is what's causing them mental health problems. How many times have liberals acted like bigotry is alive and well today and put fear in non whites, LGBT, migrants, etc? Liberals have only done this to themselves. I will say that if conservative's mental health problems are higher than what's shown then maybe liberals should stop blaming white people on all the worlds problems and replacing them with 3rd world migrants?
