Inaudible because he does not rebuke his orders, as he is a cuck bitch who knows his master is, that being the Kiwi Kontrol Kouncil.
We have finally reduced the ODD Cuckieta to absolute subservience. He obeys our orders. He isn't allowed to stream, he knows it, and he obeys the orders of the KKK.

Good boy Nick is still obeying orders and refraining from streaming. He knows he can’t do that without our permission.
Balldo is a true and honest nepo-baby cuckmeister that obeys the law of Kiwi Farms. If he doesn't obey, it means he's making pissy cuck banshee screams at the KKK because he can't get to scrub booze and being a retard live.

Nick loves obeying orders from the KKK. His tiny Kock in his Kuck Kage spurts out little bits of pre-Kum as he enjoys watching his wife get Kocked over and over again, while he isn't allowed even to respond.

Nick: But dad, I have to stream! I have to tell the Kiwis they're all losers! They think they've won!"
Father: "For the last time, NO!"
Nick: But daaaaaaaad! I have to tell Null he's a fag, Elissa is a lying cunt, Sean is fat, and Manning should kill himself!"
Father: No. N, O. NO! I am thinking about my grandchildren! Somebody has to!"
Nick: "Oh, the kids are fine. April just made them SpaghettiOs."
Father: That wasn't SpaghettiOs, idiot! She tried to feed them dog food!"
Nick: "Well, the dog liked it."
Father: "Yeah, the dog liked it, until your wife got so pilled out she cooked it in the oven."
Nick: "She was trying to make a hot dog!"
Father: "That's not funny, asshole! I'm sick of this shit! Go to that unfinished room you call a sex dungeon until I tell you you can come out!"
Nick: "I HATE YOU! THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT BECAUSE YOU NEVER LET ME WATCH YOU AND MOM HAVE SEX! REEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee"

*Door slams in distance*

Father:
"I really should have insisted Celeste have that abortion."

If he really is tard-wrangled, though, why would they be bankrolling the incompetent lawyer who got this DENIED X5 result?

The Barneswalker didn't just fail to succeed, and lose on every point, but on top of that, the judge even pointed out shit he could have done, but was too much of a moron to do, and that by doing this, he had waived one of Nick's potential arguments.
I think they were just dumb enough to believe Nick when he said his legal strategy was going to succeed and never engaged anyone to review it.

My guess is that now they're demanding to be in the loop about strategy and have probably engaged someone who is giving them advice on what things which will look good to the court. They're probably making their funding of Nick's legal battles conditional upon him following that guidance, regardless of who represents him.

Bobby The Broom has never told Nick "no" in his entire life. That's why he's like this in the first place.

I would argue it wasn't as much denial as just covering for their son. Bob knows Nick got sloshed on stream, the proof is in this thread. Just covering for one of their own, then setting conditions behind the scenes. Maybe they initially felt content knowing he was working on it, retaining a lawyer, issuing the Franks hearing request.

Then that all fell into the shitter and now they've taken a more "proactive" stance after seeing he's not really doing it on his own. That comes with certain conditions that, despite Nick absolutely despising, he knows would be the most painless way back into their good graces. Even a supposed ODD-suffering asshole like Nick can bide his time until things have relatively calmed down I think.

I find more credence in the proposed theory that they are indeed leashing him and his way of acting out/circumventing the conditions is sending superchats to real great characters like Butterstick Melton. As long as he doesn't fire up a stream.

Is there any chance we have a thread on MANdy? I had a brief look through this forum but found nil. Their retardation with crackets makes me think there must be much, much more there to laugh at
I think the idea was floated, but because all their meaningful moments involved Nick and he ultimately DFE'd after getting exposed it was decided there wouldn't be much content for a thread beyond a fairly interesting OP.

I know at some point they allegedly returned under a different name and bitched about not being allowed to exist, but I don't know if that was ever actually confirmed to be MANdy.

I think his address change is because KCHHS won't let him live with his kids yet. Both Kayla and Nick moved there. I think it would be really hard for his parents to get legal control of him. Here's what I think is some of the conditions:
1. Nick and Kayla can't live with kids until certain milestones are met.
2. Kids and caretakers moved in to Nicks house,
3. Nick needed to change address with family court to show he doesn't live at kids house and it updates all court cases. His other cases changed too (traffic court)..
4. He/Kayla needed a physical place, not PO box because KCHHS need to be able to randomly show up.
5. He can only visit his kids/house with supervision.
6. Streaming in the kids house has to be supervised per KCHHS. No sleepovers/overnite visits.

His "Nick won" stream was Nick saying "the children are coming home." He didn't get custody and he's still being monitored for drugs. KCHHS is not over.
I am curious, and maybe you know one way or another, but could KCHHS withold giving custody back until his drug case is over?

The address on file for Nick and Kayla's cases didn't change (or at least was not noticed to have changed) until after he lost the hearing.

Remember, these people are allegedly dumb enough that they didn't realize Nick and Kayla were using drugs. Why wouldn't they also believe that the Barneswalker would get everything dismissed? That's less crazy than believing Nick was not a drug user.

The most likely time for them to have started wrangling Nick is after he got DENIED, DENIED, and DENIED at the omnibus stage. He hasn't streamed since.

My personal theory is that the parents believed Nick's legal competence, and Nick talked up his knowledge of the judge. I also believe that White is more competent than he seems, and it was Nick driving a lot of the strategy.

Nicks parents are still able to be tricked by their son because they still believe he is some kind of lawyer.

This is an interesting theory that fits most of the known facts. The one thing that might stick out of place is the latest LOCALS stream he did, clearly from his old house.

I just don’t see the Rekietas deciding to start parenting their faggot son more than 40 years into his life. If they’re in such denial that Bob was claiming under oath that he’s never seen Nick drunk, they’re not now suddenly swooping in to set him straight.

According to Nick, Bob was travellings a lot and bought him presents--likely out of guilt--, and his mother was some kind of educator or education administrator, so he spent a lot of time alone. They also got him cable in his room with HBO at age 8. If correct, his parents seem to be the hands-off variety.

a life of extremely retarded sin.
Stupid motherfucker can't even sin effectively.
If I'm being perfectly honest, his parents are actually doing him a gigantic solid here. I suspect he doesn't appreciate it at all though.
Do not discount the magnanimity of the Kiwi Kontrol Kouncil.

The only thing that worries me about the Kiwi Konteol Kouncil controlling Nick’s streaming is that knowing his degeneracy we might be inadvertently be involved in some sort of sexual fetish for him.

I increasingly believe that Nick is the one who decided on this course of action, due to his narcissism. His tard rage about having won a Franks hearing (he did not - DENIED) helped convince me, and his massive ego did, too. The fact that Tylophone the late-filing lawyer was one of Nick's mentors suggests that he also learned the same kind of blind arrogance about his own legal abilities.

I have been the client in some very high-stakes litigation, and it's always startling when the lawyers come to you and say "Here are our options for [deep legal strategy], which one do you want to do?" They will often do this when there are multiple legitimate strategic options. I always ask things like, "you're the expert, which one would you suggest to get [insert outcome here]?" (I guarantee Nick didn't do this) and after a long, long talk, we usually do what the lawyer suggests, but not always. Much of that strategy is ultimately the client's decision, since the lawyers only know what's going on in context of the courtroom and negotiations immediately surrounding the court battle, not the business/person as a whole. That does extend down to picking which types of motions to file at what time, although the content of the motion is the lawyer's sole responsibility.

The lawyer is essentially a specialist consultant who is also a fiduciary to you, and when you tell them to do something strategic, they are generally legally obligated to do it unless they know for a fact that it is against your interests and you are an idiot (and even then, the safer course for them is just to do it). Of course, if you are a shitty client or you don't get them on the same page strategically, your lawyer can fire you as a client (or just charge you more). People who have never been in litigation like this don't necessarily realize this.

However, if you make your strategic choice clear, the lawyer doesn't need to have this chat with you. Nick may have sperged about Franks challenges to the Barneswalker without realizing that what he said was legally binding. If he said, "I know this judge and I want you to run a Franks motion," the Barneswalker can just say "OK" and not explain the 10+ other options (one of which is "plead and go to rehab"). After all, your client is a lawyer who should mostly already know his options (lol), and he's confident in this play, so you aren't running into any trouble if you don't push back or explain the alternatives.

Unless it's a trivial motion, the client also usually gets to read and comment on all of the filings before they get sent to the court to make sure they are factually correct. We will have no idea how much editing and commenting Nick did, but it may be a lot.
The only thing that worries me about the Kiwi Konteol Kouncil controlling Nick’s streaming is that knowing his degeneracy we might be inadvertently be involved in some sort of sexual fetish for him.
Nick is confirmed to be an exhibitionist. He almost certainly gets off on people knowing the lascivious details of his sex life.
