I'd love to pick your brain about these guys if you ever had a sec. Italian mafia guys seem so rare nowadays that everything I read online just sounds like bluster.

Yes, or rather-rich white Southern folks (also from my state, Texas) who preferred to have black slaves pick their cotton instead of paying poor white folk to do it for them. Thus, the latter had no chance to build up intergenerational wealth. Instead, they were told hey, at least your not niggers, rejoice.

Another aspect of this fuckery is the fact that, on the average, we are still poorer than the yankees. Why? Because if you pay people to i.e pick your cotton and,at some point realize that i.e cotton from Egypt is more competitive pricewise it is way easier to release your workers and to invest in a new business or to diversify your current one. We have lots of cities in the South that, at one point, were known for that one thing that defined them, like having a salt mine. After it closed there were virtually no other businesses left. The only thing we had en masse were blacks.

We are literally paying for the stupidity, cruelty (read about how blacks were transported from Africa....I would compare it to Nazi Germans stuffing people in cattle waggons but for longer) and greed of Southern rich self-absorbed whites.

Imagine if primates had a evolutionary split, Homo Erectus hit a wall and just stopped, the rest carried on to become Homo Sapiens. Erectus was basically farm equipment despite not knowing how to farm or tend soil but was sentient enough to wage war and wanted weapons so badly they traded the captured the farm equipment from the tribe across the river they had been at war at for generations. They took them alive and traded them to pale people in magic wooden things that carried them across the sea for weapons. Once in the new world they no longer were are constant war with the tribe across the river and they were not in constant fear of being murdered in their sleep or just dying of everything else Africa is famous for but, they had to work which made them very very angry. Even the the ones who slept indoors were really angry they had to work. Picking cotton for a living was so horrible despite them singing joyful songs about it as they worked. Cut to 400 years later, they are still mad about it despite singing "working" songs and only about 100 million Mexicans illegally crossing the US border just to get do the same agricultural work they did for effectively slave labor wages. Homo Erectus never understood math or history well but, it was easy to upset them. I can't fault anyone for only having a strong retaining of memories that offend them. A great recent example, George Floyd was" murdered by a police officer" they watch the 8 minutes because tiktok has fried the attention span of all who partake in it. They ignore 45 minutes or so leading up to the arrest, including passing a counterfeit fiat note, throwing an adult tantrum screaming about " muh claustriphobia" of police cars and then letting him out of the squad car as he demanded was ignored. Then the toxicology report of the autopsy showing lethal amounts of fentanyl and methamphetamine were ignored, then the previous unrelated police body cam of prior stop where it appears he's swallowing "Roxys"* on video never came up the part about 5-6 prior felonies and striking a woman in the mouth with handgun as one of those convictions. U.S. political figures/community leaders were so afraid of Homo Erectus destroying the country they passed dozens of laws/policys, retrained %90 of law enforcemnt to bend the knee and pretended they weren't a step above primates in European homes/clothing. They did this on hopes they wouldn't burn down/loot half the large cities then they burnt down/looted half the major cities and called it "reparations" anyway, as the group is literally impossible to appease short of having a time machine.

*Roxys are fake pressed pills containing mostly fentanyl and amphetamine. Floyd's plug actually accidentally let it slip in trial he supplied him with them just prior to his death IIRC.

I go to a shit neighborhood I know what I'm expecting. The things that scare me the most is when a nigger makes it to some form oh higher authority in law enforcment and then all hell breaks loose of abuse of power. Google "Chicago" for the details.

They were pretty much retired and just hung around playing cards and backgammon. I sat in for a few hands a couple of times. There are some guys who just let off a very clear 'don't fuck with me' vibe. Marcello's sister used to live around the corner from a house I had in Metairie. Very quiet neighborhood, and she was the only person that I'm aware of that had a Katrina damage claim and insurance didn't try to fuck over. Marcello was always a quiet guy who preferred to remain in the background. I think he knew lots of things about the JFK assassination that the feds preferred to keep quiet, lots of pieces of the puzzle. So they never went at him as hard as the NYC guys.

Everytime I hear about her I get those flashbacks were she and that host ganged up on that poor woman who had that chemical weapon of a sauce lab tested.
Somehow it was wypipo fault her sauce was ass while, from what I've seen, way more black women were roasting the shit out of it

Booker T. Washington reflected on this (Up From Slavery):

Ever since I have been old enough to think for myself, I have entertained the idea that, notwithstanding the cruel wrongs inflicted upon us, the black man got nearly as much out of slavery as the white man did. The hurtful influences of the institution were not by any means confined to the Negro. This was fully illustrated by the life upon our own plantation. The whole machinery of slavery was so constructed as to cause labour, as a rule, to be looked upon as a badge of degradation, of inferiority. Hence labour was something that both races on the slave plantation sought to escape. The slave system on our place, in a large measure, took the spirit of self-reliance and self-help out of the white people. My old master had many boys and girls, but not one, so far as I know, ever mastered a single trade or special line of productive industry. The girls were not taught to cook, sew, or to take care of the house. All of this was left to the slaves. The slaves, of course, had little personal interest in the life of the plantation, and their ignorance prevented them from learning how to do things in the most improved and thorough manner. As a result of the system, fences were out of repair, gates were hanging half off the hinges, doors creaked, window-panes were out, plastering had fallen but was not replaced, weeds grew in the yard. As a rule, there was food for whites and blacks, but inside the house, and on the dining-room table, there was wanting that delicacy and refinement of touch and finish which can make a home the most convenient, comfortable, and attractive place in the world. Withal there was a waste of food and other materials which was sad. When freedom came, the slaves were almost as well fitted to begin life anew as the master, except in the matter of book-learning and ownership of property. The slave owner and his sons had mastered no special industry. They unconsciously had imbibed the feeling that manual labour was not the proper thing for them. On the other hand, the slaves, in many cases, had mastered some handicraft, and none were ashamed, and few unwilling, to labour.
