This guy's a real piece of work He claims to have been raped by his ex-girlfriend, who had Tumblr-style "multiple personalities", was sexually trafficked as a child, had an eating disorder, and only let him sleep 10 minutes out of every hour (?!)

Remember me mentioning Baby and Lilly? Basically those two alters of hers were her at younger ages. I can’t tell you how frightening and confusing it was to have basically a child that’s basically 5 come out while you’re banging a 30 year old.

We're either going to run a smear campaign using embarrassing clips like him saying "the Internet ruined my life!!", or advertise in promotion of Wu but use really embarrassing clips ranting about GamerGate and hailing them as amazing feats of strength that Boston voters should totally care about. According to the Encyclopedia Wutannica John lives in Katherine Clark's congressional district, but he specifically said he wasn't running against a woman. Is this just more proof John lies about everything or is he running in a different district?

Of course this is a lie. The funny thing is that she didn't need to lie. There are no residency requirements for Congress in the state of Massachusetts.

If she isn't running against Clark, who could she possibly run against? There are only 3 other districts near her and the city of Boston.

7th District Mike Capuano - This is northern part of the Boston and some suburbs. He's really liberal and part of the Progressive Caucus. He's also been in office since 1999 and incredibly popular in the district. No one even bothered to run against him this year.

4th District Joseph Kennedy - I know Wu is dumb but she couldn't be dumb enough to think she could beat a Kennedy in the State of Massachusetts, right? He received 98.6% of the vote in last election primary. Also the people of South Boston don't seem to be the demographic Wu is going to cater to.

6th District Seth Moulton - One of the rising stars of the Democratic Party. If Wu is going to run on tech, good luck running against a guy with a Physics degree from Harvard. He's also a Marine with four tours in Iraq under his belt. Imagine Wu complaining about people calling her names on Twitter next to this guy:

Anyways, Wu has no intention of running for anything . She is just milking this for some attention now that her game turned out to be a giant failure and not even the garbage clickbait sites will pay her for "journalism". In a year when deadlines start approaching we'll get a "I decided not to run because of death threats and fear for my safety" diatribe. Congress is the big leagues and a lazy, unemployed college flunky would get smashed by established candidates with powerful people backing them.

One possible funny scenario is if Wu chooses to use this scam to get more money, she would be on the hook with the FEC. So if she mentions this in a Patreon, Kickstarter, or just solicits donations for a campaign, it counts as raising funds she has to register with the FEC. I believe the threshold is $5,000 and that becomes public record. It would be funny if her dumb farce cost Frank a bunch of money having to file some meaningless FEC paperwork for a race she doesn't even run in.

I love it, that confirms all that I've been saying about them moving this past spring.

Though I can say in full confidence that it's not because of gooberglob, but more about the fact that they're both lazy slobs and dirk not hold up their end of the deal to keep the house clean and renovate it. The old house never went on the market (not surprising) since it's from Frank's side of the family and someone else is likely living there now.

Rhetorical, I'm sure, but I would like to answer anyway.

Yes, Brianna is that dumb but I don't think she is even aware who any of the representatives are for her area or what district she is even living in. Wu lives in her own, isolated little bubble where she can shit up Twitter all day, play Peggle, and search for the next scheme to get fame. When she came up with this idea, she probably just Googled who the representatives of Massachusetts are, saw pictures of a bunch of white dudes, and thought "now's my chance". She knows nothing about the real issues of her state, much less her district, and she has no idea who any of these people are because the moment she saw their pictures her mind started creating all these elaborate fantasy scenarios where "strong independent woman" Brianna Wu constantly one-ups these boring white dudes with snappy one-liners to the universal cheers of women everywhere.

Brianna isn't the dumbest lolcow we follow on this site. Hell, I don't think she even approaches the top ten. But she is possibly one of the most shallow and has one of the biggest egos. She is convinced she can win because she'll be running against an incumbent man and she has probably convinced herself that she's got every woman vote in the district. After all, women (in Wu's world) would never vote for anything but women! All she has to do now is make a few token tweets about BLM, parade around Frank, and she'll have all the minority votes too. As for those evil white men, she will surely win over the younger crowd with her hip, trendy pop culture references and zingers. Her Twitter feed is 98% white men talking about how brave, strong, and awesome she is so she has to be doing something right!

So yeah, I believe that Wu believes she could win. I still don't think she will actually run but, if she does, then I think she will be an early contender for Lolcow of the Year for both 2017 and 2018.

Brianna Wu has a better chance of becoming Miss Universe than to be a politician in Massachusetts. First of all she is a failed businesswoman. Second, she was a focus of a huge "scandal" in the gaming industry. Third she attacked David Pakman, a dorky progressive darling. Fourth, she is a Democrat running against 3 very good Democratic candidates. This is not a Deval Patrick / Charlie Baker scenario. She will get trounced. Fifth, Massachusetts is liberal because of Boston. We are liberal but not THAT liberal. She has to overcome looking like a gothic tranny Groot. We still picked Charlie Baker over Martha Coakley. How the hell will she beat Moulton, Kennedy, or especially Capuano? Sixth. She is a failure. She has a miserable track record of projects. She has shown to have excess baggage, and she lacks the temperament to be a House representative.

We should encourage her to run.
