A felony conviction will almost always trigger at least a suspension.
That could be it. Maybe he does intend to plead. In which case, the renewal is pointless in light of that. It would just be throwing money away.
Either way, we might be officially at NON-lawyer Nick soon. Not non-practicing lawyer. NON-LAWYER.
I mean, you said it yourself earlier today:
Do you have a license to practice law? You're a lawyer, even if you're a complete and utter retard. Do you not have a license? You aren't.

My point is that last year, no one was saying he was being tard wrangled. This year they are and he's still late. If Bob is tard wrangling him, keeping up on bills would be top priority.
No it wouldn't. That's ridiculous. Your grasping at straws here. You don't have to accept Bob is tard wrangling Nick, but come on.
The whole theory Bob is tard wrangling him is vested in the fact there were changes after the situation in his
criminal case became dire.
Keeping his idiot retard son out of prison, or otherwise working to mitigate the deleterious effects of a criminal conviction (in the most likely event there is no incarceration), would be the absolute top priority. Followed closely be the CHIPS case.
His bar card is a considerably lower priority this year over last. And if he's looking at a suspension anyways, following a likely conviction, renewal might be pointless.
Hell, dealing with Montegraph is a higher priority over his bar card now, given how swell
that case has been going.
EDIT: Elaboration.
