Oral T definitely does, gel and injectable should bypass the liver. Having said that, the Eastern European athletes of the eighties who were dosed up on similar steroids often had liver issues.I noticed that some pooners are literally yellow (independent of lighting), does T cause liver damage?
One possible mechanism could be via fatty liver. A lot of pooners are fat, and fatty liver (NAFLD non alcoholic fatty liver disease) can result. About 30% of cases progress to liver disease that’s more serious. High t in post menopausal women is associated with higher rates of NAFLD.
Hormone imbalances affect everything - T wreaks havoc on women and too much of it is a bad thing all round. Kidneys and liver I would bet money will suffer
