Oral T definitely does, gel and injectable should bypass the liver. Having said that, the Eastern European athletes of the eighties who were dosed up on similar steroids often had liver issues.
One possible mechanism could be via fatty liver. A lot of pooners are fat, and fatty liver (NAFLD non alcoholic fatty liver disease) can result. About 30% of cases progress to liver disease that’s more serious. High t in post menopausal women is associated with higher rates of NAFLD.
Hormone imbalances affect everything - T wreaks havoc on women and too much of it is a bad thing all round. Kidneys and liver I would bet money will suffer

Like Stupid Sexy Flanders said, I'm becoming less and less surprised to see body builders and gym bros troon out. They've already conditioned themselves to obsess over their own bodies. Every time I go to the gym, they are without fail the people looking at themselves the most in the mirror. If they do it that much in public, I can only imagine how much time they spend staring at themselves in the privacy of their own home. This stuff makes me wonder how many men are just getting their faces done like this but aren't trannys... you wouldn't know, if you didn't know them...
