What -I- do not get is her refusal to talk policy. That is clearly the point of the media blitz but she just. never. does. And it is not a -lack- of policy either, she can bullshit whatever the hell she wants. hell she could cite her "80 points" verbatim. No. this is purely a Harris issue. The woman just cannot get policy out, my best guess is her mind just utterly blanks as soon as it comes up.

The fun part for the sympathetic interviews is spotting where the interviewer was told to expect to hear policy and is surprised when she says jack.

She has to keep trying to masquerade as a moderate.

She could just -lie-. Hell, I will go so far as to say that she -should- lie in this case if her end goal is to gain the presidency.
