Standing, yeah, but merit? Unlikely. It could possibly get past a motion to dismiss on the per se part, but that's the only place where he doesn't have to prove damages. You still have to prove damages at trial.

There's also the fact the immediate response would be a countersuit.

So if it does get to discovery, he's going to have to answer questions about the obviously pedophilic things he's constantly saying. I think the ultimate outcome if they actually both go full retard is Melton loses on summary judgment on his case, and is still facing a defamation lawsuit from Aaron going forward.

I'm not sure. They both might lose. I don't really care either way, I just think it would be funny to watch these two dingbats go at it.

So if Fatrick were to sue Aaron for defamation, would he still be able to do a show A-logging Aaron anymore? Because if he can't talk about Aaron, he really has nothing.
