A mod is being made for Sparking Zero that has Vic as Broly, at least the Z incarnation. Some don't seem to like it.

This thing is fan made, and completely optional. It's just a bit of fun nostalgia for what's supposed to be the definitive Dragon Ball game. It wouldn't shock me if someone even made a Stephanie Nadolny Goku/ Gohan mod or a Linda Young Frieza mod.

Only some of the comments are crazy. Most of the insanity is in the quote posts. This is only some.

That last one is more confirmation to something I've been thinking about lately. Vic or Trump, it's the exact same derangement. It all comes back to politics and mental illness.

Nobody has to like every mod. The pathetic thing is being upset and crying on twitter because someone somewhere made a mod you don't like. They'd have a point if Vic had been hired for Sparking Zero. I'd disagree and laugh at them, but they'd have a point. They don't get one if they're complaining that somebody somewhere is enjoying the game in a way they don't like.

They claimed it was done at secret events/late night stuff at conventions back in like 2004 and said it was "different back then" and that "everyone already knew about it" and that the people involved have matured and understood how hurtful blahblahblah. Basically the usual junk leftists spout when one of their heroes gets exposed for something he said years ago.

Nick Rekieta claimed back in the day he got those recordings from an insider at Funi. It's probably true in some form or another, since if it actually were publically done, it absolutely would've been recorded and used in a decade-plus of Youtube Poops and junk. Like if PINGAS reached legendary status, yeah no shit Goku calling people fucking fags would too.
Nick also claimed to have a bunch of extra secret receipts and information that would immolate Funimation one way or another which he would drop on stream if the lawsuit got swept away by the TCPA or if Vic settled. I waited for two years for him to ever actually share that beyond the leaked outtakes, but to my knowledge he never did. He just moved on.

I'd still like to know if he was just hyping up those outtakes and hoping to lure out moles, or if he just decided it wasn't worth his time to share it anymore by the time the lawsuit got dropped. Vic got heavily extra screwed by dragging out that appeal just to slam the door in his face. It lost him all the momentum he could have had to go for others like Sabat or get other donations. Most his supporters had already forgotten and moved on by the time the waste of a ruling dropped.

Sort of unrelated but a recent interaction with LawTwitter pretty much confirms to me they have some kind of group chat they use to dogpile people.

These are in response to a thread about Chris Avellone from last year, and when I jumped into it they all immediately went back into chain-replying and swarming everyone who replied to them negatively while talking about how the thread is so old and that it isn't important or relevant anymore. The reply to the houe picture literally got more likes than the OP post that started the whole thing.

I legit don't know how else they could all be seeing these tweets of an 18 month old thread beyond some sort of group organization while gassing them up in such giant droves. It's pretty much artificial engagement at that point.

Nick did a post-mortem stream 2 or more years ago where he re-capped the history of the case, downplayed his predictions, and said he was not very involved in following the case anymore. When people asked about the 'secret info' he promised he would drop, Nick said he'd already shared it and we knew it all already--so basically he had nothing.

And he hyped it up so much in the beginning. If this was KF, that’s probably something that’d get him banned or at least given a pink triangle,

And if the timeline is right, this was before the Balldo bullshit. Even before the sex, Nick was starting to fall off.

I cannot place it exactly with respect to Balldo shenanigans, but his (best case) apathy or (worst case) indifference toward a case that had really springboarded his career was disappointing.

Perhaps now seeing the results of Nick's life strategy we should instead be more grateful that his 'help' was not leveraged more.

I can summarize this paragraph in two words:

Nick lied.

I thought it was established that Nick keeping Vic in touch with his fans and giving him a massive legal war chest were the only good things Nick had ever done for somebody else.
No, because that legal war chest was tied to Ty Beard (legally, as it was an IOLTA account), and Ty Beard ultimately became the biggest albatross around Vic's neck.

I dunno where "keeping him in touch with his fans" comes from. Nick levered a huge pre-existing fan base (Risembool Rangers, etc).

Nick did raise a lot of money for Vic, that is true, but the conditions that came with that were fatal.

Plus, it wasn't altruistic. He made fucking bank off this whole thing. Since converted into cocaine, and snorted up his nose (with some ending up in his 9 y/o child and his mistress).

With the benefit of full hindsight, Nick should have stayed out of the whole thing, and Vic should have found a better lawyer. Alas, time travel isn't a thing.

The outtakes were before Ty Beard's malpractice cost Vic his case. I think that was the biggest, baddest thing Nick had on anybody. If he was lying, it was about the "hey Monica, if you knew who my source at Funi is you'd be crying" shit he'd talk about. He probably did have a source, hence how he got the DBZ outtakes, but they were likely some nobody audio engineer. The audio engineer probably hyped himself up to Nick, like saying he recorded Moonica and Jamie and maybe ate lunch at the same table once.

Keep in mind the fat bitch Tewson has a lot of links to PR firms, hence why her lawfirm KUSK is retained by lunatics like Alyssa Mercante and rapist sex pest "Liz" Fong Jones. Drowning out the people who call out these wastes of human life is basically her job, and one she loves since she has no ideology or morals beside supporting her team of far-left nutjobs (even if they commit fraud, rape, harassment, and all manner of other crimes), buying more cigarettes, and stuffing her fat face.

BTW it's a shame she lives in such a peaceful neighborhood. She deserves a nice apartment in Portland or Seattle where she can really live that far-left lifestyle she loves. Sure would be a shame if a fent zombie did something about her.

I'm convinced he was truthful here and did his usual splitting hairs bullshit where he just neglected to tell us the super damning info was shit he already dropped 2 years ago.
