Telegram devs are based in Dubai, they advertise IRL it all over the UAE. Since it's based in Dubai they famously refuse to cooperate with authorities, which is why it's a favourite of scammers and pirates.

If you have someone's phone number saved, you are automatically prompted to friend them if they use that phone number to create a Telegram account.

According to Aisha they were talking back in the Canada days, and Chins used that number to create a Telegram account, then this week created a second account with her Kuwait number (which Aisha also has). They also talked on WhatsApp allegedly.

She also says Chins never met Big Turk, as she sent him the STD video before they could meet.

The owner of Telegram wasn't arrested to give Western governments a backdoor to police "wrong think". And I say that as a lawyer in a constitutional democracy common law jurisdiction who hates France on principle. He was arrested because Telegram is the messaging app of choice for organized crime, pedos, child porn afficionados, traffickers, the Russian military in their war against Ukraine, Hamas (before they went lo-fi and got pagers and the Mossad still fucked their shit up lol), Hezbollah, and all other manner of terrorists. ISIS loves it for romance recruiting teen girls. It's arguable none of that should be laid at its creator's doorstep, but all that to say the reasons are a bit more than mad about the "wrong think".

And that Salah would be quite comfortable amongst his own kind on Telegram and I wouldn't be surprised Pikachu face to find out he and Chantal (and Murad and Co.) use it to scam in some low level, low IQ way (attempting to scam doesn't mean you are successful). Yeah I mean, I admit I'm purely freestyling here, and I used to do Crown prosecution work, so nothing really surprises me re: everyone is capable is scamming and doing the crimes.

But, the stupid pics associated with the alleged Telegram as someone else pointed out here screams Chins and Shitmister's low IQ idea of what would work as a honeypot.

I also operate on the premise anything Chantal admits to about her life...assume the reality is 10 times worse. And, never underestimate how desperate living in a country like Kuwait with no citizenship and no hope of working your way up in society or earning citizenship would make people.

The more all those scam based phone calls we all get in the first world from people with broken English get investigated the more we find the calls are coming from shitholes around the world where we have no jurisdiction to address the crime for the first world victims. Even sadder, these people usually prey hardest on newcomers to Canada and America who share their language and cultural background (because people born and raised in the first world who speak English don't fall for the broken English scam).

Having someone around like Chantal who, for as much as we make fun of her fucked up grammar and cornt sayings, can read, write, and speak English without sounding ESL is a boon for such a scam business.

I believe Just Sayin' had a video about it, but I don't know if it's still available (and I don't know whether it was archived). I'm not sure who else may have covered it on YouTube, given how inflammatory the topic was (and how many creators may have been involved, if only peripherally).

I'm working on a deep dive for the HN/GW thread as part of a broader FFG series. We love our Mafioso "Jewish" American/Canadian/Greek Princess/recovering alcoholic/DV survivor/DV perpetrator. Well, I do, as whoever you are, FFG was there first, ha ha.

Forgive my fuzzy, fuzzy memories, but Mae went to Canada to meet Nader (ostensibly to partake in his fine dining), which may or may not have ended in rape. There was a question of how Mae afforded the trip (various claims included her being a traveling nurse, since there wasn't enough for traveling American nurses to do in the US during COVID). Then there were just some odd speculation (e.g., Mae is trans!) Then there was the oddness that was Mae herself (e.g., puppy pads, estranged daughter, etc.)

At that time, FFG and Just Sayin' hinted at a shocking, GW exclusive -- right before the incident (OGs, please check my math). This came at at time when FFG was being accused of cow tipping by (among other people) Yaba. There were rumors that Mae's trip may have been funded by certain reactors (see above). FFG disavowed Just Sayin' (threw them old bones right out into traffic -- there's a delightful visual representation in the GW thread).

Well this is some pretty damning stuff if it's all true. It does explain why they are continuing to live in a shithole like Kuwait for 2 years. Salah is a broke bum mooching off gunt. Gunt is disowned and broke so she can't live in Canada let alone bring her fake husband Salah over there.
