They don’t make it a secret they’re trying to use being in Canada as a way to get around the long wait from India to come to the US on a visa. People always want to blame capitalism for outsourcing, but I would contend that nonwhite people feel no attachment to the United States and think Indians are superior and intentionally try to outsource jobs back to India even if it’s worse for the company. You never let them take a management position: they are difficult to fire because they always find a way to get rid of every other employee and replace them with Indians and companies are concerned if they lose the manager the employees with follow.
