True that they could, though I don't think they have that kind of money. BUT Look at lesser known, on-haitus, lolcow Valerie Glenn. Her dad bought her a house but that didn't stop her from being a massive retard online and suffering real life repercussions (having her child placed in a more stable home, being banned from live streaming by her parents and possibly as a court condition in the custody case.) The only way this lady is able to pay her bills and stay there, even though the house was paid in full, is that her father is her payee for SSI. Nal has zero financial control and wouldn't be able to pay her utilities or taxes and would surely lose any house she was lucky enough to be in.

I could be very wrong but I think cobes (clint) could really take her to court over it and win. Reality is Cobes is an internet celebrity with a considerable following and could argue that her releasing those tapes against his will or consent is tarnishing his image and reputation (lol) and as a result could damage his means of making an income. I know for a fact they could sue her in civil court for it, how much would an actual prosecutor care about it idk probably not much if at all. wasn't ethan ralph convicted of revenge pornography in the state of virginia? if so, i'd say cobes has as much of a case against nal as faith had against ER. probably moreso given his known disabilities and the obvious, well documented viciousness that drove nal to leak the photos. i really hope cobes/clint pursue this with the same level of viciousness. as someone earlier said, a conviction against nal for revenge pornography would be the happiest ending to this whole saga.

If he filed charges would it be in Virginia or Wyoming? If it was Wyoming, even if she never gets in real trouble, having pending charges or warrant would -in theory- make showing up there a much riskier trip.

That's basically the point of contention. I think it would probably be virginia since she is in Virginia and also released the videos and footage from virginia however since they were recorded in Wyoming it might actually work against her which would do what you said and be fantastic. I don't see clint putting in the effort of going stateside for no financial gain. I could see him shelling out a few bucks to teach her a lesson and create an incentive for her to stay out of the state.
