I'm genuinely not sure what the issue is here, these seem like sensible moves. I post in /ck/, /lit/, and /tg/ exclusively, and while the problems on those boards are more moderation based than spam based, I think that measures to make posting harder are generally a benefit to the site since posts often outnumber responses to posts and people don't search the catalog. Users that pop in to make a post and don't read and respond to other posts are a net negative to the site both financially and in terms of the user experience, so I say fuck 'em. If you can't leave your browser window open for 6 minutes to make a post, it wasn't really worth making.
