Absolutely. I'm convinced this moment is what cemented Trump's first election.
I remember this guy who obviously smoked far more weed than I did at the time and was likely very much a bernie bro walking around the college campus in 2016 displaying a sign that said "lock her up". The campus ended up shutting him down but he got a lot of cheers, from me included.

I see more houses with Trump signs, but more total Harris signs because the people with them fill their whole yard like lunatics

And how many of those Harris signs were homemade, like the Harris sign Chris-chan made? Would the Harris Stans then claim that it's "QUALITY > QUANTITY" about those said homemade signs? But then again, what counts as "QUALITY" must be in the sewers, if this is the best signs that Harris supports can make:

The irony was that statement was one of the things that kept me from voting for him in 2016. The thought of persecuting your political rivals rustled my jimmies.

No, I didn't vote for Hillary either.

How ironic it was that they did to Trump what he threatened, but never actually did.

Now if Trump wins and does send the legal system after them, I still won't like it, but at the same time I really won't feel much sympathy.

I don't like Trump as a person a lot of the time. He's standard American businessman which means he has fucked over a long list of normal humans over the course of acquiring his wealth and there's a long list of unpleasant things about him.

However this is substantially more true of every American businessman, most of whom are substantially worse than Trump given how little the entire political and media apparatus could dig up on him. Even more true of the career politicians who pass those laws and the judges who rubber stamp them. Which is who is sat on the other side of the political see-saw he is on.

He is also substantially less fake than his opponents. And that's astounding given his skin and hair are blatantly artificial. However I do feel some of his appreciation for his supporters and what they are doing for him is genuine. His reaction after the assassination attempt alone shows that he is committed.

I don't think Trump should run a country. But he's the nominee, he did so previously without disaster and were I American I'd vote him as the least terrible option.
Trump is the most American American president we've had in ages. Yes he's rude, crude, with attitude. That's America. We eat our McDonalds, we curse when we get mad, and we even sometimes get shot at. That's what makes Trump absolutely American.

I always thought he was just messing around. He was never going to persecute her. Most of the supporters understood that.

Now, i want to see Trump persecute and jail these fucks.

HAHAHAHAHA HOLY SHIT. YOU ARE FUCKED IF YOU CAN'T EVEN GET A SMIDGE OF EXCITEMENT OUT OF BLACK KIDS - YOU KNOW, THE VERY DEMOGRAPHIC YOU CLAIM TO RELATE THE MOST TO.
It's not even just that, it shows how artificial it is. Kamala's talking to what looks like a child in sight of her teens about how close she and her grandmother are. Her grandmother who is wearing clothing with Kamala's face on (remember it's MAGA who's a cult). And it is clear that child has never seen Kamala in the last 5 years at least if she has at all.

There is no enthusiasm there, that is a child that has been dragged along, told by her mother and grandmother to behave herself and is sullenly associating with a stranger. Every last customer at Trump's drive-through was also a PR driven stunt and both he and they delivered more genuine emotion than that entire routine.

Sounds like @Save the Loli. First, it's Trump would be a fascist dictator, now it's "he didn't do SHIT in office." PICK ONE.
It's one of the best angles of attack the left has against Trump, but it goes totally unused because it would mean they aren't the #Resistance who saved Our Democracy in 2020 and are fighting to save it again in 2024. Point out to Trump fans why Trump was a mediocre president whose achievements include making the most dangerous "vaccine" in history, emboldening Israel to start more wars on US taxpayer dime, appointing three John Roberts clones to the Supreme Court, and taking 4 years to notice that critical theory Marxists had infiltrated every corner of the federal government and actually do something about it. Point out they aren't voting to Make America Great Again but to Make America Decline Slightly Slower.

The Al smith dinner was her Nagasaki. while I‘m not a religious person myself I know pissing off a lot of Catholics never works out. And Trump basically won their vote by being a light robber and a genuinely funny dude. And this McDonald’s thing just about solidified him to most normies.
When fucking Brian Stelter is forced to admit that Donald Trump was really fucking funny you know it’s over.

I want him, day one, nominating a special prosecutor to go after the Epstein client list. Day two, special prosecutor going after election fraud. Sometime in between those two days, he should have Miley and the other traitorous military types court martialed. Maybe around the same time, fire all fedboys with an odd numbered Social Security card (as it would be effectively random chance, they couldn't claim discrimination and use lawfare to stop it).

He wouldn't live till March.

I used to think anything of this nature was an incredibly dangerous precedent to set, but when the only options are to use the law as a political weapon or have the law used against you as a political weapon, the answer is obvious.

It sucks, but that seems to be where we are as a late-stage, corrupt republic.

The Trump lolcow thread residents are now reacting in shock that the McDonald's store Trump went to was closed down so that a leading presidential candidate and man who has had multiple attempts against his life could make fries. Apparently this makes it a stunt, because that dumb old orange man should have just let every tweaker and Jamal walk up unchecked.

Take comfort lads, our enemies are so demoralized they're reduced to increasingly laughable coping and sneeding. The joy is gone.
