This is the exact same playbook they used first for Alex Jones, except it was a document google had in that case, I believe. The crooked judges seize upon an excuse to penalize the defendant and deny them a trial where they can produce a defense, instead going right to the penalty phase. I believed this. Then I was challenged to look into it and actually read the case. So I did. In fact, Jones was given the opportunity to go to Google and request the content under subpoena, which, as it turns out and should surprise something, is something Google basically always does when there is content under subpoena from a defended with a locked account.

And what actually happened is that Alex Jones had grandstanded like a retard repeatedly throughout the case, and the judge was getting sick of his antics. On this last one, he blustered that Google was part of the conspiracy, so you couldn't very well expect him to go request content from Google, since of course they would doctor it, and he refused.

Wasn't the first time he'd pulled a stunt like that, so the judge told him to eat a dick and pay a billion dollars.

So the judge didn't actually tell him to raid the FBI with a mercenary squad, I embellished, slightly, for effect. Allow me to explain in a less colorful fashion.

In a civil case, there is a pre-trial discovery period where each party can ask for certain documents. Lets say you're filing a civil suit against a mechanic shop, you might ask for invoices and emails and other such relevant documents the shop might have. Lets say that the shop's lawyer comes back and says "here are some of the documents, but actually we don't have the emails between the auto maker and the dealership, we can't give you those." Then you'd go back to the judge and ask for them to sign the order for the dealership to produce those documents in the form of a third-party subpoena. That then goes to the dealership, and they can comply or fight it. This is all pretty standard stuff under Rule 45 of Civil Procedure.

In this case, the judge decided that that Federal Rules were bullshit, and told Rudy it didn't matter what the FBI deleted, seized, or changed, he'd have to cough up everything. Essentially the judge pushed the Court's obligations onto the Defendant, which is absolute bullshit. Then again, the Judge was Beryl Howell, the same anti-Trump marxist cunt that gave Jack Smith carte blanche to secretly access Trump's twitter and other devices.

Yes, I do. I remember watching thousands die on live TV. That experience does stick with you, but people today just seem weaker. It's a sad state of affairs when living under the growing globohomo empire's mask off moment and a constant state of terror alerts feels preferable to now. But things felt different because there was still some sense of national unity, however fake and gay it was underneath it all, and we had an actual identity as Americans who for the most part liked America.
We don't have that anymore and it makes everything shittier. Nothing is fun anymore because everyone is in survival mode and has been made to hate one another and view each other as the enemy. A lot of our population actually hate the nation we are under and hate the rest of us.
