Then you should find foreign news sources just as, if not less credible. Most of them are not unofficial state organs, but directly funded and influenced by the government itself. This is the case with the BBC in the UK, Deutsche Welle in Germany, NOS in the Netherlands, etc. Whatever they say about "impartiality", always remember who holds their purse strings and charters.

The problem is that the judge was just looking for an excuse to render the highest penalty possible in civil court, default judgement and was going to find something to hang his order on. The glowie handlers, FBI, and scum sucking 'parents' gave the judge the perfect excuse by making a ton of spurious requests (which the judge is supposed to filter, but refused to do so for Jones). The judge knew all along that Jones would choke on the sheer volume of requests, and eventually have an issue. All the while, dismissing his attempts to file motions in the ordinary course as 'antics to delay the court.'
It was a setup from the start.
