In my heart, I'm sad that I feel like he is truly waiting for Cobes to die. In my head, my idea of Clint shifts between him being a grimy quitting bastard who used distance as a buffer to perhaps being in a bad position and I sort of understand how he'd feel that way, but never in a positive light. I'm happy he got Cobes a home, but that trailer feels an awful lot like Scrooge McDuck flicking a coin onto the street for a beggar before walking to Ireland to wash his hands of it.
