Retaking the Senate is also critical. If Trump loses, it can serve as an insurance policy to stop or at least slow down Kamala's presidency.

Dems would have to unseat Cruz and Rick Scott to keep it. R's are poised to pick up seats in Montana, West Virginia, and possibly Ohio.

There are places like that around the country where one party is so entrenched, that anyone who wants any kind of change or influence needs to join it.

And you get centrist Republicans like in Kansas, or Reagan Democrats like in Hawaii.

American parties aren’t political parties like in other countries, but more like big tent groupings anyways.

It's horrible that the left has broken the brain of so many people. They've seriously damaged a huge number of people by constantly screaming about Nazis and fascists for years. If there ever was an actual right wing Hitler type dictator that managed to rise up, a lot of people in this country wouldn't even believe it because they've cried wolf for so long.

Maybe some people aren't suited to caring about politics. They don't have the ability to resist this type of propaganda. I know it's our "civic duty" to vote and all that but some of these people would be better off just focusing on their own mundane lives.

I think Tulsi and RFK need the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. I hated Trump and refused to vote for him in 2016. Now I can't wait to cast my vote for him in 2024, like I did in 2020. At some point people need to be given room to change their mind. As much as I can't stand Liz Cheney and every other RINO that ever existed, they have the right to switch course and reveal who they really are--establishment shills that want to tank the country for their own gain. Tulsi and RFK may very well be those people too, or they truly want things to be better for the American people. Time will tell, and it's always wise to keep one's guard up while keeping an open mind.

Thinking back to 2020: I remember @Gehenna and possibly a few others talking about the political capital the Dems spent on getting Biden into office. Concerns about another steal are valid--the same party/people who claimed 2020 was true and honest are also saying Kamala is 120% qualified to run the country and Biden is still cogent, among other lies and confabulation--but is it even possible considering how much it will cost monetarily and in capital?

Chances of violence are high, but it is likely to be localized and not widespread. Leftists project a lot so expect to see the things they acuse Trump of trying to happen.

I disagree with rfk jr and tulsi on stuff but I am good to work with them on the important areas we agree regarding censorship, heath, and civil liberties
