In short, I'm worried.
Logically, there should be no chance a candidate as weak as Kamala with numbers as bad as she has should win. That being the case, there is still way too much enthusiasm behind her from the left and it feels like they are all just hoping enough goes wrong in order to ensure she wins. There have been multiple serious concerns regarding votes needing days to be counted, illegals/dead people voting, and ballot harvesting that make me think all it's going to take is them to get the outcome they want and once that happens it's just done. It doesn't matter if they get caught blatantly cheating, and they don't even need to certify anything, the second they get some kind of "confirmation" Kamala won in any of these places they will run with it and block any kind of legislation or investigations.
Then there's the potential for violence. With an increased amount of time needed to count I wouldn't be surprised if there are some kind of attacks that happen at the polling/counting locations, and as far as the dems are concerned they'll no doubt push through claiming "well we don't know if those would have helped or hurt us, but we're willing to go on anyway".
Idk, as far as I'm concerned if they're able to find a way to say the dem's won somewhere, they'll run with it as fast as possible and no amount of lawsuits or investigations will change it, even if they find undeniable evidence it happened. Then on the flip side, for every Trump win they will immediately file lawsuits that will be investigated and might end up being able to get some of them thrown out disqualified.
The only path to victory in my mind is that Trump needs to win so hard that they literally can't invalidate it or sue their way to victory.

Did a quick glance under view source. The old-school Philly political machine is stuck given how state Democrats have switched to VBM. That's choked the usual cash money that used to rain down like manna from heaven. A lot of those volunteers are the children of ward leaders and party committepeople. Under the old system, the city Democrats would make it rain and lots of union workers would take off on E Day to go bang on doors and offer free car rides.
Operation Ballot Harvesting is a failure, boys.

Got details wrong.
Red states don't want a simple click to confirm you are legal age pop ups on porntube sites, but to make mandatory that you have to be both registered on the site AND send the porn site scan of a federal ID/driver's license of the user, to be able to access said porn tube websites.
They want to do this because the porn tube sites, especially the ones owned by Mindgeek, got caught REPEATEDLY hosting child porn on their porn tube sites and did jack fucking shit to remove it. First couple of times they got caught hosting kiddie porn, they nuked all amateur porn and uploads of long out of print commercial porn that wasn't by people who sent in paperwork to confirm their identities (as porn tube sites require you to do so to monetize your videos). But the kiddie porn people kept posting videos by registering and submitting their paperwork under aliases, hence the GOP wanting fed id on file for everyone so they can go after the makers and those that view the CP. Which made Mindgeek and their ilk throw a tantrum and just start blocking states outright because they saw a huge drop in viewers when they started making content providers provide basic bitch identification paperwork/users having to log in to view shit, so they are screeching censorship when it's their greed and willingness to turn a blind eye towards the promotion of kiddie porn that made the GOP demand they start keeping everyone's doxes.

The media invented a narrative in 2020 that "Trump is so loud and annoying, let's move on and have some peace and quiet!" and it was a big part of him losing re-election. They did this by nitpicking every move and making him seem very irritating. He could've been in a Church praying and made a small reply to a reporter after the event and it would dominate the media space.
Over the past 4 years, the media has died a quick death and nobody listens to it anymore. They have no control over the narrative like they did in 2020.
Also to note his presidency was somewhat underwhelming, time has healed the perception but it was by no means a "great" presidency. Very hamstrung by the Democrats and a whole lot of attention on him the whole time while he seemed to just want to get on with the job. However, the current presidency is the worst for a long time.

Yep. It literally was Covid and Mean Tweets. That's what did him in. I was getting pretty pissed at the constant tweeting myself and him every day on about Covid for months. He got everyone fatigued of himself. Since he's been shot he's mostly acted far less angry all the time, which helps with the indy middle.

i understand. i probably could have worded my sentence better. they're looking to force porn websites to verify beyond just having the click yes dialog
the tricky part is that there's no centralized system for that, and even if there is it's very likely it would be run by incompetent government employees and have people's porn website preferences leaked every few years
i'd argue it's actually the gender bullshit that got normal people to care about what their kids were doing on the computer. only people that engage with porn beyond watching it for 30 minutes at a time even know about the Mindgeek child porn saga. online porn has overall been in a safe place for decades now. but it was only after everyone's kids started suddenly saying they were gross freaks and were being given drugs by groomers in hospitals did parents start to wonder where the hell this came from. and turns out it wasn't just teachers and psychologists, but primarily pedophiles on social media
